Rio Grande at Town Lift is arguably the most coveted location in Historic Old Town. Ski in, ski out at Park City's Ski Town Lift located on the corner of Main Street and Park Avenue, this penthouse is perched over the Harvest eatery and boasts a rooftop deck and fire pit with abundant mountain and downtown skyline views.

With four bedrooms, four bathrooms and sleeping arrangements for nine, this property combines super lux décor and furnishings with the charm of Historic Main Street. Enter through a private elevator with entry fireplace and head up to the penthouse. The luxury kitchen features Sub Zero and Wolff appliances and dining for 12.

The main level of the residence offers two bedrooms suites with ensuite baths; a luxurious King suite, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a steam shower as well as the second Queen suite with flat screen TV, and ensuite bath. The upstairs offers a large bonus room, two bedrooms, and a deck with private hot tub which is an amenity offered in addition to the rooftop deck hot tub and entertaining area.

The primary suite on the second floor is a King with ensuite bath and exclusive entrance to the residence's private hot tub. The second guest bedroom on the upper floor has a Twin over Full bunk set and ensuite bath that opens out to the bonus room. The bonus room offers hours of enjoyment with a ping pong table, TV, deck access, and bistro tables and chairs.

The common area rooftop deck is like no other in Park City. The sky deck features a hot tub, grill, fire pit and lounge seating perfect for soaking in the sunsets, listening to summer's quaking aspens, stargazing, or watching the town's traditional Fourth of July fireworks show atop the building.

This property offers underground parking for guests which is highly sought after, and a ski prep lounge with lockers and boot dryers for ski storage.

The 2,600 sq. ft. luxury penthouse is unparalleled in its access to amenities and its luxury lodging experience. Simply the best location in town!

Space was beautiful, kitchen well equipped. Location in center of town was ideal. Management was responsive. Amenities like ping pong and hot tub were a bonus! Great place for our family to stay.

Wonderful place, great location

Great setup for our family reunion. The kids loved staying on the upper level with ping pong while the 2 bedrooms on the main floor were quiet for the adults. We hosted 15 people easily on the rooftop and generally in our place during the day. Ample space, dishes, etc. And the beds + bedsheets were just like our home. Easily walked to main Street for restaurants and city park for pickleball.

We stayed at the Park City Rio Grande at Town Lift for 3 nights with a group of 7 guests, and everyone was very comfortable. The house was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen, which made cooking easy. Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free. During our stay, there was a small issue, but the team contacted me directly by phone, kept me updated throughout, and resolved it quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Perfect location & beautiful home

Our stay here was perfect! The location is central to hiking trails and downtown Park City. The home was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The rooftop deck was a great place to hang out and talk with friends. We were extremely happy with our stay. Thank you!

Great Place to Stay!

Everything was as described. The only thing I wish I knew was the location of the lifts. The Town Lift is an old lift that takes a long time to get up the mountain. We ended up taking the bus to a different lift. There is a stop right outside the condo, so it wasn't too big a deal. But the location to downtown made up for the lifts. Just something to note. Otherwise, the unit was as described.

An Amazing Stay!

Amazing is an understatement! Our family loved the home, and the location is hard to beat. The accommodations were better than imagined, the hosts were very attentive and check in/out was easy. This place was hard to leave, and we can't wait to come back!

Amazing Stay

This is an awesome place to stay for groups and families. The location is perfect for both ski lift access and walking to shops and restaurants. The condo is beautiful and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to book a trip to Park City.

Amazing Location in Park City

The property has an amazing location ... right at the Town Lift and close to everything in town. Property was very clean, super comfortable beds, furniture and great showers. The property sleeps 8 comfortably, but they could use more dishes (so that there are at least 16 of everything so you don't have to wash dishes constantly), basic kitchen supplies and better cooking utensils (for the price). It really is a beautiful property. Please make sure they have fixed the gas fireplace so that it can be used during your stay.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay

We loved staying in the condo. It was very clean and quiet. Lots of windows and light plus gorgeous views of the town. Instructions were great. Can’t beat the location! It was great to have upstairs and downstairs bedrooms too so everyone had their own space. Kitchen was well equipped.and the restaurant downstairs was nice for breakfast and lunch.

Awesome location / awesome place.

I've been going to PC for a long time, and this was about as great of an option that I've stayed there. We were right next to Town Lift, and could walk wherever you wanted to go. You're also right across the street from multiple hikes right up the mountain. The access to the rooftop at night was great as well to relax with a bottle of wine. I'd highly recommend!

Incredible Penthouse in the Perfect Location

This was a wonderful place to stay with 8 total adults for a long weekend in Park City. The unit has all the kitchen items you'll need for a night in and once you venture out, it's right next to the town lift for easy access to the mountain and only a 5-10 minute walk to the main shopping/bars/restaurants. Very quiet at night and extremely well maintained.

Perfect location for our summer vacation

We were a group of six. We took our older kids (20 to 26). We were there over the July 4th weekend, We were able to see the parade and the drone show from the private roof. The condo is lovely. It had lots of space. The location was so nice bc we could walk everywhere so the group had freedom to move around town without getting in a car. The townlift is steps aways and visible from the livingroom. It was fun to sit inside and watch people going up.

Family vacation

This is the best place to stay in Park city! We have stayed at several locations along Main St. but location beats them all. There was space for our 20 something kids to hang out and play ping pong. The views are unbelievable! Loved watching skiers come across bring. You know how long line is at town lift. The kitchen has everything for cooking. Beds are very comfortable. You can't beat how close you are to lift. We will continue to stay here if we are traveling with bigger group. The hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day on a he slopes.

Expectations Exceeded

The Park City Rio Grande Condo exceeded all expectations for our Thanksgiving weekend. Trina at MWVR was probably the most helpful booking agent I have ever come across in all my years booking on VRBO. Since our stay was over Thanksgiving it was important to have a well stocked kitchen. Trina actually sent me pictures of the dishes on hand, and confirmed a large assortment of cookware. The kitchen was much bigger than in the photos, and cooking all weekend was so much fun. We enjoyed the prime downtown location, and the underground parking was a definite plus for loading and unloading in the cold weather. With only one parking space Trina secured a pass for my son who was driving in from California. Overall the condo was spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable, I would definitely choose MWVR in the future.

Great property

This property was amazing, extremely clean, new, every amenity you can think of. Love the two levels, with a private hot tub, and game room area with ping pong table. Love that the windows and doors open up completely! Great views of the mountains, and right in the middle of all the action. Walk outside and you're right on Main St. Never needed our car unless we were leaving for an excursion. Highly recommend this property and would definitely book again!
