Welcome to your home away from home. Our mid-mountain Deer Valley ski-in/ski-out Barclay Butera designed residence is conveniently located in the Empire Pass community at Arrowleaf and provides an intimate environment with amenities that will make your stay simply incredible.

Within our 3 BR/3.5 Bath corner unit condo you’ll enjoy magnificent views of the mountains and ski runs from the living room, kitchen and all 3 bedrooms. The beautiful, professionally decorated living room is highlighted by a stone gas fireplace and a 65” flat screen tv with sound bar and DVD player. A large deck provides sweeping views of the Deer Valley and Park City resorts. Large capacity washer and dryer appliances and a JBL Bluetooth speaker will also be found in the condo.

The chef’s kitchen is equipped with high end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and everything you could want to create your own après-ski feast and entertain guests (wine fridge, InstaPot, coffee and espresso makers, KitchenAid mixer, and an abundance of pots, pans, and tableware). Prior to check-in you will also receive a digital welcome packet with all the information you will need to enjoy the home and the Park City area, including our favorite restaurants. The host will be very responsive to your queries to make preparing for your stay a breeze!

The large master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat-screen tv, walk-in closet with safe, vanity area, bathroom with a large, jetted tub, walk-in shower, 2 sinks, heated floors and a private water closet.

The second bedroom provides a queen size bed, flat-screen tv, closet with safe and en-suite private bath with walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has a king size bed with live edge wood headboard, flat-screen tv, walk in closet with safe, and en-suite private bathroom.

Each of the three en-suite bathrooms is equipped with a hairdryer and all TV’s are enabled with Amazon Firestick technology.
