This gorgeous & newly renovated condo has everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation, w/ 2 bedrooms & a large gourmet kitchen, perfect for gathering & entertaining. Find yourself walking steps to the beach access or overlooking the pool area while enjoying coffee or a cocktail from the living area of the condo. Enjoy all the activities this area has to offer such as dolphin watching, water sports or our famous sunsets.

Upon walking into the condo, you will feel like you're living your best beach life, instantly seeing amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and the heated pool. This space was just remodeled and it is absolutely gorgeous, bright and airy. You and your traveling companions will enjoy the ability to cook or eat in at the large island, a table with stools situated at the window for the perfect view, or relaxing on the comfortable sofa.
There are two bedrooms, the first having a queen size bed and the second having two full size beds. If necessary, we do have a sleeper sofa for your convenience. The bathroom has a marble shower and features towels, beach towels, hair dryer and a starting supply of toiletries.
Walk right down the stairs of your 3rd floor condo and enjoy eating or having a drink by the pool, or just a few steps across a beach access road to get to the soft sand and catch a sunset.
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 25 or older, inquire for questions
- 1 parking pass will be provided with the condo, but MUST be returned upon checkout. Failure to return parking pass upon checkout will result in a $200 replacement fee. This is a physical pass that cannot be used on a golf cart, scooter, motorcycle (open air and leaving pass vulnerable to theft)
- This is a no smoking condo and property. This includes smoking, vaping, using incense or marijuana. There is a designated smoking area behind the building behind a white fence and that is the only area smoking of any sort is permitted
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, but are for normal use, not for dying hair, cleaning up spills, wiping makeup, etc. Stains may not come out and can result in a charge for damage
- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors
