Quick walk to the beach, bay, restaurants, markets, ice cream, mini golf, and shops. Also enjoy biking, the nearby playground, tennis and basketball courts when not at the beach!

Relax and enjoy your stay in our large, beautifully decorated beach home with space for everyone! Open concept with high ceilings and lots of windows throughout. Very bright and airy. The first floor features a fully equipped newly remodeled kitchen, 2 dining table areas which seat 12 total, an island with 3 barstools, a spacious and comfortable family room, and a convenient powder room.

Home has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 3 with en suite bathrooms plus a 4th hall bathroom. 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds and 4 twin beds. 4 bedrooms have balconies. Multiple smart TVs throughout and a 2nd floor laundry room for your convenience.

Outside you'll find a wonderful private fenced in backyard patio with dining furniture, relaxing seating area, a grill and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a great day at the beach. Driveway parking for 4 cars. Enjoy the front porch and multiple balcony areas with seating to relax. There is also a ping pong table, cornhole, games, bikes, 10 beach chairs, beach cooler, beach toys and a beach cart for your enjoyment. All you need to do is bring your sheets and towels. The home is located in a great location with quick and easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, tennis, mini golf and so much more. Ride your bikes (or ours) to enjoy all that Lavallette has to offer!

We provide a roll of toilet paper in all the bathrooms, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, some hand soap, dish soap, washing machine detergent tablets to get you started as well white garbage bags. The kitchen also has a coffee maker. For food and other necessities, Lasolas market (open in summer) is just steps away, Wawa is a short walk a few blocks away, or you can drive over to ACME grocery store.

Sleeping arrangements:
The home has 5 bedrooms. The second floor has 4 bedrooms: three bedrooms have queen beds (2 en suite baths) and 1 bedroom sleeps 4 with twin trundle beds. In the hallway, there is also a full bath with a tub. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. Pillows and comforters/blankets are in the home. All you need to do is bring your sheets and towels! Or if you prefer, we are happy to arrange linen rental for you through Coastal Linen Supply.
