Want a relaxing vacation on a spectacular Southern Minnesota Lake? The Bell House on Madison Lake is the place for you! We know that a large lake place is hard to come by, that's why we are excited to share ours with you!

Located on the north side of Madison Lake, in Town Bay, this charming custom built home is extremely spacious 6 Bedroom 5 Bathroom with 4,000+ square feet of living space. There is a quiet frontage road to cross and 30 steps (with a handrail on both sides) that lead to 80 feet of private shoreline with a dock and fire pit! A dock is available for use of your own watercraft on one side, as the owners keep their personal boat on the other side of it. Kids can enjoy wading in the water near shore or swimming at the end of the dock. Located in walking distance to restaurants, a bait and tackle shop, liquor store, and two convenience stores. The layout of the home allows everyone to stay connected while simultaneously giving you just enough space to yourself so that you can relax!

Madison Lake itself has much to offer - 1447 acres of beautiful water, sandy lake bottom and great bays for water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing and all other water sports. There is a maximum depth of 60’. The lake has great fishing (panfish and sport fish - including walleye). Lake enthusiasts can enjoy a restaurant that you can reach by boat, with a gas pump for fueling up on the lake!

A large front porch greets you as you walk up to the home, opening to a grand entryway with an open staircase. The spacious living room offers great flexibility in layout and use (including a mini fridge and wet bar), leading to the only main level bedroom that is furnished with a queen size bed and 50” smart tv that is bluetooth compatible. The kitchen is huge and offers well stocked cupboards, a coffee bar, informal dining room, and a panoramic view of Madison Lake. Other features of the main level- a large formal dining room, main level laundry, one full bath, one 3/4 bath, and a three season porch on the back side of the house.

Upstairs you will find 4 spacious bedrooms and two full baths-
Bedroom 2: The family suite that overlooks the lake, offers a cozy gas fireplace, luxury king size bed, queen pullout sofa sleeper, 50” smart tv that is bluetooth compatible, and connects to bedroom three.
Bedroom 3: Twin over queen bunk bed, 50” smart tv that is bluetooth compatible. Both the family suite & bedroom three share the master bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Two twin over twin bunk beds.
Bedroom 5: The master suite offers a stunning view of the lake, a luxury king size bed, and a 50” smart tv that is bluetooth compatible.

Downstairs boasts a large family room with a 70” smart tv that is bluetooth compatible, heated and massage couches, a children’s playroom, and a full bath. Downstairs, you will find bedroom 6 that has a full size bed, and a 50” smart tv that is bluetooth compatible.

We have an ADT full security system with keyless entry. Upon entering the house, visitors will notice numerous ‘smart home’ features throughout! Smart TV’s, an Alexa platform, heated toilets with nightlights, bluetooth compatible fans and LED faucets in all bathrooms, smart outlets with USB charging ports, built in LED nightlights, voice enabled smart kitchen faucet.
