Exactly what we needed. The residence was exactly as advertised. Clean and in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Old San Juan. As for the Host Javier, he was extremely responsive with any all question that I had prior to my arrival. I would definitely book again with Javier and will share this residence to any thinking of going to Puerto Rico. Thank you for making my trip a memorable one..

Great For What We Needed

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is within walking distance from Walmart, Miramar Food Truck Park, and many other great places. It was very easy for us to get an Uber to wherever we needed and the trip times to the locations were very short. We met the owner and he was very accommodating. I would definitely stay again. It fit our group of 6 perfectly.

Nice Apartment

This was a nice 3-bedroom apartment for our family to stay at while in San Juan. It seemed to be less than a 10-minute Uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go, and the Ubers were very inexpensive. Check-in was easy; the owner gave complete instructions on how to access the keys and get into the apartment which was very helpful when you get in after midnight. We will definitely stay again if we go back to Puerto Rico.

The property was very clean and sleek. Property management responded quickly. There was a dog that was kept on porch and was very noisy on our last morning

Perfect spot and location

Close to everything and the host was awesome. Very accommodating from before we even took our trip. Only issue was with ants which is why I did the 4 stars for cleanliness. Parking can be a little tricky but we overall had barely any issues finding parking except for on Friday night. We loved the roof top deck and spent most of our time up there. Wonderfully windy and perfect temp at night. Beautiful during the day as well. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we would return in a heart beat.

Noisy at night, I just didn't realize how loud heat pumps are when there are a lot of them in a small area. Beyond the landlords control but something to be aware of. Otherwise great apartment, good location and the roof is a great place to unwind and have a beer or three.

Wish this could be my home full time!

I stayed at SOKZO in Miramar, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The property is exactly as described and more!The 3-bedroom layout was perfect—each room was spacious, and the beds were super comfy with high-quality pillows and blankets that made it feel like home. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a game-changer for convenience, especially during a longer stay.One of the absolute highlights of this property was the roof deck with a grill. It was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the breeze, and cook up some meals while taking in the views. This amenity alone sets this place apart from many others.The location in Miramar is central and made it easy to explore San Juan, and the property was clean, stylish, and well-maintained.If you’re considering a stay in the metro area w plenty to do but still quiet neighborhood vibes, stay here! Looking forward to staying at SOKZO again in the future!

Good location spacious.

Condo was a good location with lots of dinning close by and close to beaches. Clean and they didn’t require us to do any cleaning before we left. Rooms were spacious and the patio was nice. There was no elevator to bring luggage up and the stairs were steep and walls were thin. We could hear people on the patio and Woke up to people fighting in the condo next door. But gave 4stars because there were ghost ants and we all got bit. Didn’t know these were common until going to the island but they need to be treated.

Nice stay

Property was nice and clean. There was one room that didn’t have glass/hard plastic over the window, only had a thick plastic attached to the window frame. There’s still the privacy shades so people cannot see in. However the plastic was thin enough that when there were construction guys outside talking it sounded like they were in the room! When we needed help working the stovetop, the renter provided help really quickly. I was very happy with our stay. The coffee in the kitchen and liquid soap in the bathroom were surprising and appreciated.

Comfortable

Arrived a little late to the unit, gave me apartment vibes due to several units and a shared rooftop in the building. I didn’t mind meeting new people who stayed in the building, but if you want your own privacy this may not be the place. When arrived there was No key code due to previous tenants, but I call Javier and he assist me right away to locate the key in a lock box. The place was clean and beds were cozy and comfortable. Each bedroom had two towels and two beach towels,, the one bathroom was hard sharing with 5 woman, but we managed. The Kitchen came with just microwave and stove top with pots pans and utensils, it was sufficient for quick breakfast and dinners. We stay during a power outage, but Javier communicated and updated us on everything going on. The unit had a generator which gave the unit all the power during our stay. Once the power went out for a few but again they came out and fixed the generator and communicated the whole time. For location, i think it’s close to most things but I also rented a car. Walmart, Walgreens was 5 mins away, old San Juan was 15mins la Placita 7 mins. Overall it was a great place and appreciated Javier being a great host.

SOKZO Miramar is a new project in the heart of the Miramar/Santurce area of San Juan, Puerto Rico. This building is composed of three main Residences and two Studios. The building has a rooftop for all guests to enjoy. At SOKZO Miramar, location is everything. You will be walking distance from different bars, restaurants, office co-working spaces, and stores. A short 13-15 min. drive from the airport, beaches, Old San Juan and the Condado area.
