Avondale/Riverside Cottage in Private Backyard

This cottage is a 350sq ft space detached from the main house in a very private fenced in backyard. Tall 12 foot ceilings give this cozy hurricane proof space a spacious feel. The street dead ends at a beautiful park. A ten minute walk through the park leads you to "The Shoppes of Avondale," restaurants with raw oysters, bbq, pizza, several cafe's, cocktails, desserts and shopping. A five minute drive takes you to Five Points for more amazing food and beverages.
The space
Parking is street only. Your rental cottage is located in a fenced in backyard and is very private. Please park in front of my house only to help the neighbors getting in and out of their driveways.
Guest access
The entire cottage is yours, you share no living space with anyone else. There is a slab with chairs behind the cottage for more outdoor seating and privacy. The house in front is also an Airbnb. The backyard is shared space.
