Welcome to Peacefield, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! You will feel at home when you walk into this comfortable yet spacious condo. Peacefield is conveniently located within walking distance of all that Fish Creek. Enjoy close proximity to the Top of the Hill Shops, the famous wood-fired pizza at Wild Tomato, and Blue Horse Beach Café, in addition to bike and ski rentals and the entrance to scenic Peninsula State Park. A walk down the hill into the heart of Fish Creek offers stunning views of Green Bay and a wide variety of eateries and an eclectic mixture of shops.



The Space:

This two-story condo with a private entrance comfortably sleeps six with two upstairs bedrooms and a living room sleeper sofa. The first floor features a half bath, and the full upstairs bath boasts a spacious jetted tub. Want to eat in? Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen. Catch up at the dining room table or relax in front of the large fieldstone gas fireplace while enjoying your favorite shows on the 52-inch smart TV. Step out onto the private 2nd-floor balcony or 1st-floor deck to enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee. Take advantage of the heated pool and hot tub on the property, which is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- No trailer, camper or boat parking allowed in complex. (Recommend public lot behind Fish Creek library)

Nearby construction over the summer and Fall months could create noise during weekdays.



This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared toward quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.



This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside of the home.



Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.



Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
