This two-story condo with a private entrance comfortably sleeps six with two upstairs bedrooms and a living room sleeper sofa. The first floor features a half bath, and the full upstairs bath boasts a spacious jetted tub. Want to eat in? Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen. Catch up at the dining room table or relax in front of the large fieldstone gas fireplace while enjoying your favorite shows on the 52-inch smart TV. Step out onto the private 2nd-floor balcony or 1st-floor deck to enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee. Take advantage of the heated pool and hot tub on the property, which is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared toward quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.
