Unit 4210 -Charthouse Bldg: Fully remodeled and decorated in 2017 with quartz counters throughout, new flooring and cabinets, new King size bed and new twin beds in loft with bathrooms located by each bedroom for your convenience and privacy. Additional sleeping available on the brand new queen tempur-pedic mattress sleeper sofa. This unit has 3 flat screen TV's with a beautiful wood view located in the Charthouse Building that is connected to 24/7 front desk, indoor pool, spa, sauna, fitness, and game room area. The Landmark consists of 40 acres with 3 pools and 4 hot tubs. The tennis courts, playground, basketball courts and shuffle board courts that are well maintained. Free WIFI is available throughout The Landmark, with a smart DVD available to you on the living room TV. The Landmark is located in Egg Harbor on the beautiful and breathtaking waters of Green Bay. Views of stunning sunsets are possible from the outdoor patio at the onsite restaurant, The Carrington. A short drive East across Door County leads to the Lake Michigan side of the peninsula where the view of one of the Great Lakes is possible from many locations Come and enjoy this beautifully serene setting, while exploring all that Door County has to offer regardless of the season! Very nice condo overall. Easy check in and friendly staff. Lovely area. Only thing it was really hot the week we were there and the mini split air system dont get up to the lofted bedroom unless you turn air way down, so sometimes stuffy in loft area when hot outside. Pools overlooking Green Bay are beautiful!

Everything was great. Condo was in great condition. Kids loved having their own space. There were BAD storms the night before we came. Power came back on before we got there and the staff worked so hard to clean stuff up and get things back up and running as soon as possible. Would definitely stay theee again!

Enjoyable and relaxing

It was a very nice cozy apartment We had enough room for everyone Close to the beautiful beach and restaurant and a couple minutes drive to Egg Harbor center area with beautiful little shops and restaurants The kids enjoyed inside and outside pool and adult relaxed in a jacuzzi Overall we had a very nice relaxing vacation Would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family

Fun time

John was great to communicate with and the room/condo was nice and we had a wonderful time. The online check-in was terrible so I just called Landmark and the lady on the phone was not very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again

Annual DC Vacation with daughter & 3 grandkids

We go to DC every year and love staying at the Landmark! The room was clean and tastefully decorated. We loved the upgrades to the room and having a bathroom upstairs. Encounters with staff were always friendly! The grounds outside were beautiful! We had a wonderful 5 night stay! Indoor pool was a hit with the grandkids!

Girl's weekend

The condo was perfect for us! Very clean and quiet. Landmark was so nice, lots of walking paths, a pool & hot tub. We have a great time.

Girls Weekend

I really liked the condo and the area, but the bathrooms need to be updated especially the lower one. The painting was not finished and the towel bar literally fell off the wall as I reached for towel. Also, there should be a kuerig in the unit. I was glad that there were coffee packets as I brought pods.I would still recommend staying here! The owner was easy to contact and the checking in process was easy. Also, happy the did have adult hours for the pool/hot tub area. Nice and quiet area as well and liked the balcony too.

Wonderful property!

We had a girl's getaway weekend, for 4. This condo was perfect. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable! The amenities on the property were great as well. We were in the building that housed the pool and hot tub, so we didn't have to drive to them, or walk outside. The sitting areas on each floor were very well-appointed and spacious as well. And cozy! The restaurant on the grounds was very good as well. We would stay here again if given the opportunity and highly advise it!

Great getaway location

Room was great, loved it. Two things stand out. First, check-in location was a little confusing, could be my error but it is in a building that is attached, and has a separate entrance. We were just confused where the actual there are a few.

last minute get away

Landmark is just a beautiful property. The condo was perfect, well maintained and sooo Comfy!! we all loved staying and said we would do so again. So close to downtown Egg Harbor - surely was a favorite weekend for us!

Door County is the Cape Cod of the Midwest. This condo is located in Egg Harbor which boats a central location to see all that Door County has to offer. Beautiful parks along Lake Michigan and the Bay of Green Bay. Wonderful and unique shopping, restaurants, and entertainment including fish boils during the summer.
