Also this home of mine is VERY close to the airport on Tar Bay Beach and NOT on little exuma do not stay on little exuma unless you are prepared not to get to your unit. This happens it seems every 6 months or so when it rains hard Since little exuma floods easily with the roads the roads on main exuma are redone and much better

New Roof, new surface in the pool very nice, instant hot water heaters in two of the pods so you never run out of hot water. New gas stove.

Generator (must pay extra) gives you GUARANTEED power in the Bahamas and this is a ENTIRE home generator not like some that people have on this island that only run a few items. MINE runs the ENTIRE home an 8 second switch turns power on to you when Bahamas Electric decides it is not working.

Beaches: Stocking Island is renowned for shelling, its beautiful beaches and delicious Dora burgers on Hamburger Beach and daily volleyball games at Chat and Chill. You can reach Stocking Island via a ferry from the Peace and Plenty Hotel, located in George Town, or by water taxi. ~~ Boating Activities: The Exuma Cays offer some of the world’s best bone fishing. Bone fish guides can be hired for day trips. Bottom fishing for dinner is also very productive in the surrounding waters and diving for conch is plentiful along the western edge of the island. Boats are available for rent from Minns Water Sports to enjoy a day of boating for an adventure exploring the nearby cays, reefs and beaches.

What is the Island like?: Great Exuma is a relaxed easy living atmosphere not filled with the nightlife and hustle and bustle of commercialized areas, a perfect place to just relax. George Town has several native restaurants, small hotels, straw markets and boutiques. Also located in George Town are grocery stores, liquor stores, a medical clinic and three churches.

I require that an additional security deposit be paid for the car if you decide to rent this option regardless of payment method so do not book this property if you are not willing to provide a security deposit it is just too expensive and too nice of a property to allow a security on a credit card due to credit card policies on security deposits sorry but that is the way the credit card companies are these days. I have no choice on this matter.
GENERATOR due to my issues I had from Irma in my home in miami and had no power for two weeks we have installed a full home generator that will run everything after 8 seconds of the power going out this is VERY important on Exuma or anywhere in my opinion I lost power for two weeks in miami for katrina, wilma and now Irma plus it goes out every week in miami for a few hours as well in miami. Generator this is an optional item I offer if you book the generator prior to your stay pricing is as stated if you book it after and need it the cost is triple it is like insurance I make the offer and have it available if you need it and you insure yourself by taking the generator option it is less expensive prior to your stay and is charged regardless of use If you do take the option after your power goes out it is much more expensive and will be an additional charge at that point. Many do not have full home generators here and the power goes out at times just like miami.
