Villa Features
Our spacious two-story villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with stunning ocean views from the moment you step inside. The private patio includes lounge seating and a dining table, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The open-plan main floor features a large dining table, a comfortable living room with a smart TV and DVD player, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a full-size oven and range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and ample tableware and cookware.

A half bath is located on the main level, along with a spacious bedroom that includes an ensuite bathroom, a queen bed, and a twin/twin daybed.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms:

The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, an ocean-facing deck, and a large ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom offers a king-sized bed and ocean views.
The third bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a separate vanity area.

Once you arrive in Exuma, you'll be greeted by beautiful white sand beaches. Our property is just over a mile from the airport, and after clearing customs, you’re only minutes from swimming in the turquoise waters or relaxing by the infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

Please keep in mind that Exuma is remote; repairs requiring parts or specialized labor may take additional time. Our on-site caretaker, Norm, works diligently to address issues promptly. Internet and TV services can be unpredictable, but we have an on-site generator that provides near-instant power during outages.

Georgetown is approximately a 45-minute flight from Miami International and Fort Lauderdale, 2 hours from Atlanta, and 150 miles south of Nassau.
