Experience the best of Hawaii at our oceanfront one bedroom condo in beautiful, a wonderful place to spend time relaxing and becoming refreshed.
Enjoy the beauty of the sunrise from your lanai as turtles and whales swim by.
Escape the hustle and bustle of the city while remaining only a short drive away.
Our beachfront one-bedroom condominium is designed to provide a comfortable home for as many as four people to fully experience the beauty that is Hawaii. The gentle slope of the sandy beach makes it ideal for small children. Snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, swimming, are all available at your doorstep, as is the nature that lives at the beach. Turtles swim in the water and occasionally pull up onto the beach for a nap at night. Whales frolic in the water beyond the reef, easily visible from the living room and lanai of the unit's high-rise position. In a less populated area, stores and eating places are still available nearby, allowing all the advantages of a secluded getaway with few of the inconveniences.
Hiking trails and acres of tidal pools beckon the explorers.
Famous North Shore surf beaches just a short drive away.
Polynesian cultural Center just 10 minutes away.
Horseback riding, golf, tennis, and SCUBA available nearby.
The unit is a renovated large one-bedroom condo
It is well-equipped for your enjoyment, with a closet of beach equipment and toys and a well-equipped kitchen. There also is a landline phone for local calls, as well as a private WIFI network.
We are located on the Northeast shore of Oahu, approximately a 45-minute drive from Honolulu International Airport and Downtown Honolulu.
It is also accessible on CITY BUS route 60.


***PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT****!!! No AC in this condo but there are ceiling and floor fans for your use.
Pat’s is currently undertaking renovations & spalling repairs, this work, which is expected to last until late 2025, will take place only during business hours & not on the weekends, but can produce VERY LOUD intermittent noise that will be heard in surrounding areas. You will want to be out and about during these times or at the beach. We have discounted the nightly rate significantly to reflect this.

Our host was exceptionally helpful. We were arriving on Christmas Eve and she found us multiple options for stocking up! She was always responsive to our questions and provided excellent information! The location is amazing and sound of the waves lulled us to sleep each nigh!

Stay was great! Easy to navigate local area, plenty of extras there that we didn’t think to bring that were helpful. IE: beach towels, detergent, and the fans were super helpful!! Not even loud while we were there, everyone very friendly and quiet complex!

Not as advertised. This seems to be run by a group. I’m not sure but I received a few different messages from people and they gave me other numbers of a few other people to reach out to after booking. It was very confusing because during the booking process it was only one person. The pictures they posted are deceiving as this place looks very run down almost derelict. There was no AC and poor ventilation. The locked access to upstairs (the secure access) was left open a few times, that we saw. Could have been left open even more. We did reach out for a refund because we couldn’t stay in this place anymore. I felt cheated because the pictures and rating seemed inflated. They told me they didn’t rent out the unit to others so they wouldn’t refund me. We stayed 1 night, and they charged me for 4. Pro- quick communication until I asked for a refund, Getting into the apartment was easy, the view of the water was gorgeous (but the view of the building looked awful)Cons- there are too many people to reach out to, the place is run down, the maintenance on the building was the room next door, on the other side someone was chain smoking cigarettes all night, the secure door was left open, there were a lot of random people walking around the building at all hours, the beach was not as big as pictured, the pool looked blah

Close to my family in Kahuku

We enjoyed the trade winds going thru the condo when patio and front doors are opened because there is no air-conditioning. The bedroom was warm in the night which made it uncomfortable.The condo was fully stocked, kitchenware, spices, dishwashing soap, etc. which was great! I loved the washer and dryer which was very convenient. We loved being right at the beachfront. Lovely sunrises!! We'd stay there again. It appears construction was to begin, exterior?

Magical Memorable Month

Aloha! I recently spent a month on Oahu in this comfortable, clean condo. The views from the lanai were incredible! The grounds are well kept and groomed. The private beach was so enjoyable morning, noon and night. I felt safe during my stay. This condo complex is a very family friendly environment I met so many special new friends from all over the world during my monthly stay. The Host was excellent to work with. The communication was stellar and I had all the comforts of home in my condo. The pool was very clean and maintained daily. I am checking my calendar and planning another visit to this beach and condo in 2026. Mahalo!

North side of Oahu

Nice place away from Honolulu, but the property could use a little work. The outside areas were not well maintained, and the condo we stayed in could have used some updating. Bathroom shower was marginal, bedroom needed a makeover.

Pat's pleasant place.

We enjoyed our stay at Pat's and loved the location. The surroundings were beautiful and we loved watching the turtles on the beach in the evenings. It was located within a short distance of all of our favorite places. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was nice to cook in. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect Spot

So happy we picked this side of the island! to stay! It was the perfect launching point to do everything we dreamed Hawaii would be. essentially a private beach, snorkeling where turtles swim daily, Small drives east or west brings you to some of the best hikes, kayaking, and the Polynesian Culture Center. To have a place to cook meals together added to the travel! Morning sunrise and coffee… oh my! It’s humid and may benefit from some type of AC in the summer but it was perfect with the cross breeze during our winter visit! Always felt safe and the hostess was over the top helpful with everything! Highly recommend!!

Quiet area with small beach

We were aware of the construction being done on the exterior of the building and we had no issues with this. We weren’t at the condo much during the day as we were hiking and doing different excursions. We saw whales from the balcony. All in all a great place to stay

A great Oahu experience

Great views

We loved the beautiful sunrises every morning. The condo was near food trucks and markets. There were many beaches nearby. Our issue was that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom and the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Vacation

We enjoyed the close beach and the slower life of the windward side. The lanai overlooking the ocean was a favorite. It was well stocked with kitchen wear and beach gear (including snorkeling) The bones of the condo may have been newly updated but the appliances not so much. The sheets for the bed did not stay on well, but the bed was comfortable. The washer was noisy and the dryer needed to be run on timed dry or in never stopped. The fridge looked like it needed to be replaced. It ran fine, but wasn’t a beauty. The dishwasher was hard to get started, the button stuck, and the heated dry didn’t work. We did have a great time and were able to do all the things that we wanted to.

Nice Unit with Great Beach View

Nice beach location with great views and sunrise watching but road noise detracted from our stay. Unit was well-equipped including lots of beach equipment, games and full kitchen needs. Was able to swim / snorkel right off of beach. Multiple turtles sighted. Unit appeared clean but some areas under furniture had not been cleaned in a while. Shower near beach was not working during our stay (only foot wash) making sand management a bit tough. Wi-Fi worked great.

Beautiful condo and location

Great place and great location. The condo has everything you need and the host is excellent at communicating the check-in and out process and even suggested things to do and places to go around here. Great snorkling spot and right at a beautiful beach. sunrises!

Perfection

We've stayed at other units at Pat's at Punaluu but this was our favorite. It seemed larger than the other units. Very clean. Great view. Loved the cross breeze when we had the front door and balcony slider open. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable king bed in the bedroom with ceiling fan and light. There were also other portable fans. We used the tower fan in the living room but with the breeze we didn't really need it. The pullout couch was a bit of a canoe so we slept on the mattress on the floor and that worked out well. No-contact check-in was fast and easy. Good off-street parking. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thanks!

I've discovered that providing a pleasureable experience for guests is something I truly enjoy, whether it is entertaining people for dinner, or readying the condo for a vacationing guest.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

I bought this condo unit planning to live in it full time when I retire in several years. For me, the location is ideal: immediate access to a beautiful gentle beach, where I can snorkle, swim and kayak-- or just relax in a chaise. A swimming pool and fitness center offers more opportunities onsite. But the immediate area also offers terrific hiking and photographic opportunities, and within a few minutes drive there are additional activities available. The atmosphere is rural and laid-back (reminding me of Hawaii of years past), and yet within an hour I can be anywhere on the island.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

While I adore all of the recreational activities the condo offers, I have to admit that what I love best is the sense of relaxation that overcomes me when I arrive at the property. Is it the calming ocean views from the condo, the sound of the waves lapping at the shore, or the gentle tradewinds that blowing thru the unit? Whichever, the sense of calm that overcomes me and stays with me is so refreshing.
