Condo was very clean and within walking distance to many restaurants. Also close to the ocean and the pool. Could use a few more bowls in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay there

Everything’s nice. I am a little disabled going up and down and trying to take luggage and groceries was kinda hard. It needed to be handicap assist some places. I do not know who takes care of the access to the beaches, but they needed to be cleaned off some. It was so much sand on the dry boards but other than that everything look good the room was perfect.

I’ve known Sea Cabins for about 30 years and nothing much has changed. Ok for 2 people but a bit tiny for having 2 kids also inside the unit. This unit has basic kitchen stuff and if you plan to cook a LOT, this might not be your place. Positives: Air conditioning is spot on comfy and the added overhead fans help during hot Charleston weather. If you want close beach and a great Sea Cabins pool, you cannot beat this location. Close to the Harris Teeter and other places for vacation extras. First floor convenience but heed the steps up if you have mobility issues.

Great getaway

Can’t get any closer to the beach!

Looking for a location by the beach? Look no further! Located a few steps from the beach! Grocery, restaurants are a 5 minute walk away! Condos are small, but have everything you need! Great place!

Short Getaway

The only issues we had was a mildew smell, the tub did not drain well at all. Overall the stay was pleasant with a sunrise view from the couch.

Small cabin stay

Our cabin was newly remodeled but missing a lot of things in the kitchen basic that you would have expected them to have. Other than that, it was nice.

IOP Weekend Stay

There was no internet connection so that was disappointing. We were in town for a wedding so we spent little time at the condo. Otherwise, OK.

The cable company was notified as soon as it went down and it was resolved as quickly as they could fix it. We'd be happy to host you again in the future.

April - May 2025

Everything was great except the bed, felt like we were sleeping in a crater. It would also be nice if there were directions to your dumpster since we are to take the trash out. Didn’t know where it was until we were leaving and I just happened to see them. It would also be nice if you offered a list of restaurants that were in the area or nearby that clients or the owners liked.Access to the beach was great. The complex was neat and clean.

Condo stay

This place is ok at best. Disappointed. Says renovated but its not. Very mildew/musty smell. Very strong urine smell in bathroom, even after i cleaned it myself. Cleaning fee yet i had to strip the bedding and take out the garbage.

Great location! Nice remodel of older unit, but they missed the mark on a couple of things. Kitchen appearance is nice, but wasted space with a built in trash drawer. That left space for only one drawer which held odds and ends. The silverware was in a box in a lower cabinet.The cabinetry beside the refrigerator was useless because it opened into the living area and was blocked by the furniture.The bunk remodel was a vast improvement over the old style “mini bunks”, but when down, there is a hall door that will no longer open that only allows access to the living area by going through the bedroom, then the bathroom, then the hall to get to the kitchen and living room. All they needed to do was hinge the door in the other direction (toward the living area)- problem solved! Couch and chair could use an update.The TV only has internet access; no traditional cable or antenna. Could not watch local news or network programming.

For the amount per night. I do think it would be way better if there were beach towels and chairs for us. That would have made the experience better.
