Please note that only the guests in the Vrbo reservation are allowed in the building. Additional guests/visitors for an hour or two are still NOT allowed as per the condominium policy.

THE SPACE
This comfortable apartment features 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, a living-dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the balcony with beautiful ocean views. The bedroom has a double bed for a restful stay.

You’ll have fast Wi-Fi, 2 cable TVs, air conditioning, hot water, and fans for your comfort.

For your beach days, we provide towels, a small cooler, and portable beach chairs. There are also board games and ping pong paddles for your entertainment.

GUEST ACCESS
You’ll enjoy full access to all the great amenities in our building — the pool, kids’ pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and parking. We’ll happily try to accommodate flexible check-in and check-out times while making sure everything is perfectly cleaned before and after your stay.

Smoking isn’t allowed anywhere in the condo, including the balcony.

If you’re bringing a car, kindly let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can register your vehicle and arrange parking.
