Located in Aromo a new exclusive gated community with only 6 townhomes and 3 homesites with stunning ocean view and surrounded by mountains. It is just a few minutes from Reserva Conchal beach club and the magnificent and unit white-sand Playa Conchal.

Important: please take into consideration that a neighboring property is starting construction, so we want you to be informed beforehand.





Planning on spending all day at the beach, you can take a 5-minute drive to The Beach Club on your car or use the on-demand free shuttle service, which will come right to the condo and pick you up - anytime from 7:00am – 10:00pm.



If you need daily cleaning, we can arrange that with an additional cost. We can also arrange for your groceries to be purchased and delivered to the condo, as well as a personal chef, yoga instructor, anything you want, so you can just relax and be pampered!



Besides of enjoying the luxury townhouse, our guests will have free access to:



- Access to the exclusive Reserva Conchal Beach Club, with direct access to the beautiful Playa Conchal. In the Beach Club you will find a restaurant with a variety of options, a gym and various services.



Among our purposes is ensuring that the unit meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Our housekeeping department provides a quality professional service, following cleaning and disinfecting protocols and reinforcing the tranquility and satisfaction of each of our guests. It is a team of qualified personnel that uses the best quality products, carrying out rigorous control in every corner of the unit, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Upon arrival, you will find the unit perfectly prepared and checked by our team.



Public spaces at the buildings such as entry, elevators and elevator buttons and public bathrooms are deeply and often disinfected.



If you want additional cleaning services during your stay, we are happy to offer them. You only have to contact us so we can share our menu with you.



In case your stay is 7 or more nights, one required general cleaning service is included in your rate on the day you choose at no additional cost, it has to be booked prior arrival.

Crib service is available upon request and has an additional cost of $11.30 USD per night
