Mid-Century Retreat Perfect for Entertaining

Fully renovated mid-century retreat features a large front-yard outdoor entertaining area with comfortable seating, a modern pool, and a custom outdoor kitchen. Inside, the open-concept living/kitchen area transports guests to a simpler time where conversations and cocktails were the day’s only priority. Bedrooms host comfortable mattresses, 65” ultra-HD TVs, and ample closets. The new, furry-friendly backyard is great for yard games or unwinding as the sun sets

Professionally disinfected after each stay, the home is appointed with all the accommodations expected in a luxury rental including hospitality-quality linens, towels, and kitchenware. A home guide describes how to operate the various appliances inside and out, including the outdoor kitchen with mini-frig, wet bar, and grill. A custom outdoor cooling system provides for summer-saving heat relief with suspended misters over the outdoor seating area and grounded foggers over the pool.

IMPORTANT: a desert is a brutal place and accordingly, the home is under 'as needed' contracts with various vendors. Potential guests are hereby notified that workers may frequent the home to attend to needs as they arise and operate on an entirely variable schedule. WE ARE UNABLE TO ADVISE OF VISITS PRIOR TO THEIR ARRIVAL. Workers will attempt to alert guests of their arrival and will only enter the interior residence if granted permission. Workers tending to the front yard, backyard, streetside, or any other exterior space will also attempt to provide notice but will service the property regardless of reaching guests. Guests ONLY assume the right to refuse service to the interior residence.

Our guests enjoy the entire property including the home, pool, outdoor kitchen, and fire pits. Vendors however may frequent the home to ensure proper maintenance

Stock up on necessities at the highly affordable Aldi store practically across the street, while a short drive will reach a Super Walmart, Target, and Trader Joes. The nearby Costco is about 15 mins east and great for long stays. The home is located just south of the airport, near the city's largest 'play park,' a sub-$10 ride to downtown and the desert's top destinations.

We're a sub-$10 ride into Palm Springs' best downtown restaurants and rides are available almost instantly.

Pool heating is available at $32/day, two-day minimum and requires 24-hour notice to ensure proper temperature. Please be sure to make request during reservation and expect a fee request to cover the additional cost. A day’s rate covers an eight hour heating schedule. Totally worth it!!

Early check-in and late check-out is not available and ALL requests will be denied. Guests seeking an earlier arrival are required to book the night prior. **No exceptions**

Home is pet-friendly and the security deposit already covers your furry friends. Please be advised furnishings are near new and will be carefully inspected for damage upon check out. Damages to furniture will equate to replacement costs for the entire set (dining sets, seating area, etc). Separately, there will be a $50 fee applied for every piece of pet waste found after checkout.

Additional cleaning fees will be imposed for excessive trash removal or persistent stains on the floor, furnishings, or towels. But hey - we don't want to do any of that, so please review check-out instructions carefully to avoid complications.
- Must adhere to check out policies including time, cleaning up after dogs and emptying trash
- No events or parties allowed
- Only three cars allowed to park in the driveway
- Guests agree to comply with all city ordinances including noise control and trying really hard to be nice to neighbors. Specifically, all Palm Springs rentals are prohibited from amplifying music outdoor and must adhere to a '24-hour quiet time.' Again, not a house rule, but one enforced by the city. It sucks, I get it - but not at all our call
- Only overnight guests are allowed on the property, max of six total humans
- Guests agree to pay excessive cleaning should the home require additional attention outside normal housekeeping services
- Guest agrees to assume financial responsibility for citations should they fail to comply with city rules; namely outdoor noise, parking, and hosting more than six overnight guests. Please note these citations are costly (!!) and will be billed to the credit card on file
- Guest use pool at their own risk and recognize the surrounding area is slippery when wet. No roughhousing, diving, or dangerous behavior anywhere on the property
- Guests accept responsibility for any damage that was not reported within two hours of arrival. Please be sure to review home for stains, marks, dents, and all damages, then immediately report upon discovery
- Otherwise, just be cool and have fun :)
