This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is convenient to popular area attractions including Downtown Palm Springs, Palm Springs Street Fest, Palm Springs Aerial Tram, Indian Canyons hiking trails, Palm Springs International Film Festival, the Air Museum, many valley golf courses, Palm Springs Outlet Mall shopping, hockey at the new arena, and concerts at the casino or arena.

Great spring break location

Our stay was relaxing and our hosts, Cindy and Sham, were amazing and they truly went above and beyond. They responded immediately to my communications. The home contained everything we needed to be comfortable and the location was convenient to Palm Springs sights including the aerial tram, downtown Palm Springs, and hiking in the canyon. In addition, Joshua Tree National Park is within an hour’s drive.

Great place for six adults!

Three couples, all parents of players on the same basketball team, in town for a tournament. The location was ideal being that it’s 10-15 min from nearly all of the high schools hosting games, near restaurants and stores, and minutes from downtown. There’s ample “common space” in the house for lounging and hanging out and the yard is SO relaxing! The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need, from a crock pot to party decorations, and everything in between. Plenty of parking for multiple cars if necessary. Communication with the host and concierge was easy, and check in with the concierge was conveniently scheduled via text. 10/10, would for SURE choose this property for future visits.

Perfect!

The house was wonderful and well appointed. It had everything you would need and things you didn’t even know you needed. The backyard was like a private oasis and very relaxing. Also, the home was very dog friendly. The gates were secure and the host even provided dog dishes and a dog bed. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. We had the best time and can’t wait to go back!

Love this Home

This is our second time staying here and we just love it. It’s got everything we need, it’s clean, conveniently located, and they have great communication. We will definitely be returning for our annual golf tourney and staying here.

Great house in a great city!

Enjoyed a long weekend with 5 adults and a small dog in this great house! Great location near airport and short drive from all the activities of downtown. Was a perfect place to relax before and after daily hikes and will definitely want to stay here again if we are able to return to Palm Springs.

Nice pool!

Took one star off of our location rating for the noise from the road. One of the guests had trouble sleeping because of it, but after putting a fan in the room the following night, she slept fine. Seemed to be central to many activities. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. All neighbors were very friendly. Beds were comfy. Lots of towels provided. Large kitchen was great. Lots of pots & pans. More than enough glassware and utensils. The pool was the highlight of this home. Chaise lounges near the pool, gas fire pit, gas Grill....everything you'd need for fun in the sun.

Would stay again

This was a beautiful home and we loved staying here. The house was nice and clean and the pool sparkling. We were trying to escape fourth of July fireworks because of our dog and we were able to have a peaceful night. The hot water did not work the first night but Bob came over and fixed it within 2 hours. He also replaced both the grill and fireworks tanks because they were out of propane. The response was first rate. Cindy and Bob made our renting experience easy. Would stay again.

Great house, great location

This property is even better than advertised. The neighborhood is perfect for walking and it is close to groceries, mini golf and other great stores. The pool area is outstanding. The pool was warm and clean with comfortable seating areas. Dealing with the property owners was great The concierge was such a wonderful way to start our two week stay. We will definitely stay here again. Other reviews mentioned the traffic noise. It was not an issue for us. Love this place ❤️

Great family vacation home.

Great home with a private pool. Very comfortable neighborhood and close to our favs: Trader Joe's and Oceans restaurant. Great walkable neighborhood. The home has everything you need for your stay. Very dog friendly! It is along side a busy street so there is traffic noise. We, however, tuned it out in no time. Highly recommend.

A great family retreat

Spent several days with extended family in PS as part of a family reunion. My daughter's family, with kids age 4 and 7, plus my young adult kids were there. Quite comfortable and roomy for all. We were cooking in a bit and the kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

Lovely getaway

I loved this house and didn't want to leave. The backyard is like it's own little private oasis. There is street noise as others have noted but it didn't bother me at all. The kitchen is fully stocked with the latest appliances. Nice open layout. My only couple of comments would be that the sink in the master bathroom seems to back up and doesn't drain very quickly but again wasn't big enough for me to bother the owners with at time of stay. Also, one recommendation would be to add little solar pathway lights along the carport to the front door as it does get quite dark there (there is a motion light in the carport itself though). I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Felt at home, beautiful backyard views, and would stay again. Thank you!

Sparkly Clean and Adorable Property!

My family truly enjoyed staying here in Palm Springs. Everything is well-maintained and like new. Pool at the beautiful setting backyard, Quiet and very safe neighborhood, Easy access to many famous golf courses, and restaurants. We can also enjoyed playing billiard indoor every evening!! Enjoyable neighborhood home in Palm Springs

We really enjoyed Cindy’s place in Palm Springs. We were attending a wedding at the Parker and Cindy’s place was so close we could walk over and back. It is also close to grocery stores and in a very pleasant neighborhood for walking. The check in with Bob was helpful and easy. Thanks for a great stay.
