Set on an acre of natural meadow and forest with the headwaters of the American River flowing through the backyard, this cozy retreat offers a peaceful mountain setting with updated interiors and thoughtful amenities throughout.



Inside, the fully renovated home blends modern comfort with classic mountain charm. The open-concept living space features soaring wood-paneled vaulted ceilings, a beautiful stone fireplace, comfortable seating, TV entertainment, and Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Whether you're coming back from the lakes, trails, or a snow day, it’s the perfect place to unwind.
