Our Cozy Tahoe Cabin is located in Historic Al Tahoe and is only a five minute leisurely stroll to the Lake and Regan Beach, and also just two miles from Heavenly Ski Resort and the Nightlife and Entertainment of South Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

The Cabin has been totally remodeled to address your every comfort, while keeping the 'Old Tahoe Charm'. It is located on Tallac Avenue in South Lake Tahoe, California.

Very comfortable beds. Lovely clean bath. We enjoyed the rain shower. Great back deck for morning and evening coffee. Close to restaurants and lake. Highly recommended.

Loved the place, it had everything we needed! Perfect for walking around the area. We wanted to use the bikes as a transportation but there wasn’t a bike lock. Probably great for trail riding, though!

What an amazing host!! The cabin is exactly as described. Super walkable and wonderful location. The beds are comfy, the house is clean and stocked with everything including basic spices. Bob is so kind and thoughtful. Bikes available for use as well. Our fur babies and us had a wonderful week in Tahoe. We cannot wait for our next visit! We will absolutely be back! You cannot go wrong renting from Bob.

The cozy cottage exceeded our expectations. It was so cute and comfortable. In a great location, quiet neighborhood and very short walk to the lake. The host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend. We hope to return soon!

Small, cute place, perfect for us two and our dog! Fenced in backyard and hot tub were lovely. A little bummed we couldn’t use the fireplace listed in the amenities. Kitchen had everything we could need for cooking full meals. Great communication with the host.

Description of property fairly accurate, however they list it having a fireplace which it does. It is not a working fireplace, so I feel this is deceptive.Also no toaster and wiring and lighting is old school type.Other than these minor issues, everything was as described.Great location!!

Also, because guests used the fireplace and didn't open the vent and caused the Cozy Tahoe Cabin to get smoked out. Wonderful place to stay! Has all the amenities you need and it's close to stores, restaurants and bike rentals. Also a short 5 minute walk and your at the lake. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Full kitchen allows you to cook so you dont have to eat out every meal. I'd stay here again when we come back!

We truly loved our stay at this house. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The only thing missing is a water kettle, but there is a small pot that works just fine as a substitute.We didn’t use the grill or the hot tub, so I can’t comment on those. What really stood out to me was how organized everything was, the kitchen, the bathroom, and especially the storage/laundry area. Even though it’s a storage space, it was impressively clean and not dusty at all, unlike other places we’ve rented before.The owners provided laundry soap, and the washer and dryer worked very well. The house is literally a 5-minute walk to the lake, which was a big plus. There was plenty of snow in both the side yard and backyard.Our pets especially enjoyed bird-watching from the window above the couch. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we would happily come back.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

Thank you Bob and Mo for a wonderful stay. The cabin is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe making it an easy trip to attractions and services either towards Stateline or the "Y". We were pleasantly surprised how well equipped the the cabin is, all the way from a waffle maker to sharp knives (especially a little red handled one my left thumb became intimately familiar with). The washer and dryer are new. Everything is in great working order. The back yard is beautifully landscaped and includes a spa.

Great Location to Lake

Nice cabin, comfy beds. The hot tub was not maintained and had no chlorine in it and none available to add we had to buy some at the local store as I wasn't comfortable getting in it without the platform the hot tub sits on is ready to collapse at anytime and getting the cover off and on was very difficult as it is very heavy and ripping. The owner did a drop in on a Saturday evening without any notice and later sent me a email complaining we moved things around. I told him when I stay in a place for a month I arrange things the way it works for us and when we leave we put everything back the way we found it. We would have rebooked for next year but his email complaint and the drop in with no notice changed our mind. Though the drop in wasn't a problem at that time but it could have been and I thought there has to be some sort of notice prior to owner knocking on the door.

Comfortable, great location, great amenities. The cabin wasn’t very clean, floors were dirty and when we lifted the couch cushions there were a ton of crumbs. In the pictures it listed to the couch as a pull-out couch, but we don’t believe it was. Considering the amount of instructions for checkout and the cleaning fee, the cabin could’ve been cleaner, but otherwise a great stay.
