Beach access is about a 5-minute walk through the quiet neighborhood, or you can drive approximately 1/3 mile to private beach access. The large ocean-facing deck is a favorite place for sunsets, whale watching and relaxing above the coastline.

The home has 6 bedrooms and 5½ baths, making it especially comfortable for families and small groups. Multiple living areas give guests space to be together without feeling crowded. The primary bedroom includes a private soaking tub, a relaxing place to unwind after a day at the beach.

The large gourmet kitchen is one of the features guests mention most. It includes two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ovens, two sinks, a large granite island and a wide range of appliances. It is designed to make cooking and serving meals for a group easy.

The house includes high-speed 1 Gb Wi-Fi, seven TVs with Roku, two 65-inch TVs, ping pong, foosball, games, beach chairs, beach toys and a wagon. Outside, enjoy the large ocean-view deck, patio furniture and a Weber grill. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is also available.

Quiet South Beach Location

The home is in a quiet, friendly residential neighborhood with very little traffic or noise. Newport attractions are nearby, including the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Bayfront and marina, restaurants, shopping, art galleries, recreation, fishing and crabbing excursions.

Important House Details

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests at all times, including children. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles, with no street parking. We value our quiet neighborhood and ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors. One exterior security camera faces only the driveway and is used for security purposes.
