The condo features a spacious layout with luxurious finishes, including a private bedroom studio with a kitchen. For those seeking additional space, the Birds Nest Room 322 is available for separate booking. Please contact the host for more information.

Was a beautiful condo in a very nice building. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Wonderful place to stay, nice swimming pool, hot tub. Great area around the pool to sit and soak in the sun . Just love the pool, really good gym for anybody who likes to exercise. The host himself was great he answered any questions I had promptly never had to wait for an answer.I would stay there again. Very safe building with 24hr security. Located in a great part of Bucerias close to shops and restaurants

This condo was very well stocked and was clean and the bed was so comfortable! The check-in process and communication with the management team was thorough and easy to understand. We really appreciated the spices, salt, pepper, oils, etc. and everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals. Also, the condo had games, books, and chairs, umbrella, and towels for the beach which was really close and easy to get to. We were so lucky to have chosen this condo, and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Cute comfortable spot in great location

Loved this spot. Great location and proximity. Kitchen was stacked with everything to make cooking functional. The gym on site was so cool. Great communication. Sweet decor. Only suggestion I would make is to know the walls are thin and you can hear other tenants/renters into the night if they’re up and socializing.

Perfect Place

We had a great, relaxing three-week stay at Casa de Elena. Both the owner and the host were most accommodating and provided great directions and information. The condo is as it appears in the pictures and is well-equipped for guests. The location can’t be beat! Thank you, Richard and Lariza!

Nice condo

We had a nice two week stay at the condo. The place was as pictured. Convenient to beach and amenities. Very walkable - about 1/2 mile to the Chedruai grocery store. Balcony was nice to have coffee or a snack in the afternoon.

Wonderful property and condo!

We stayed at Casa De Elena during Christmas 2024 and it was fabulous! It was our first time in Bucerías and I would not hesitate to recommend the area and this condo/Life Bucerías complex to anyone looking for some sun and relaxation. Our stay was absolutely perfect. To start, the check-in process and communication with Lariza prior to arrival was very easy with detailed instructions provided for everything including directions. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated and stocked well with all the essentials (although we did not cook anything more than a few breakfasts). It was exactly as shown in the pics and we were surprised at how soundproof it was when the patio doors were closed. You could not hear any noise from the great pool area below that the balcony overlooks. It was a little tight for our family of 4 adults and we usually rent 2 bedroom units, but we were able to make this work because of the second bathroom with the additional shower and the sliding pocket door. We definitely appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and the rolling beach cooler as well! We all agreed that we could not have found a better place in a better location. We did not rent a car during our 10 day stay, and we were able to walk to several great restaurants and the expansive beach with ease. The grocery store was also walkable, however we decided to take a short taxi ride back. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Bucerias get away

The lobby entrance is very nice along with the reception person who provided info on the property. The Condo was very well decorated and included more amenities than we expected. Our host was available through the website to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This is the second time staying at this property. The owner was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we need to enjoy our stay. The unit is a very comfortable home away from home and easy to settle into. The building is located in a very walkable area of Bucerias, close to lots of wonderful restaurants and grocery stores. Everyone we met was friendly and it was fun to hang out by the pool and share experiences. Overall, it was a lovely holiday experience and we would definitely love to stay at Casa Elena again.

Perfect location!

I’ll start with the positive as there is only a couple of suggestions to make a persons stay more comfortable. Firstly, the location is perfect if you’re on foot as there is everything close by. Beach, restaurants, shopping, liquor store, pharmacy, market. Groceries are a bit of a hike if walking and you have a heavy load. Shout out to Meet Meat for a fabulous steak, Mr Cream for breakfast and Karen’s and Ozzie’s for wings! The condo is exactly as described and very clean. Everything you could want was provided. A beautiful peek a boo sight of the ocean and mountains from the little balcony. The front entrance staff were very friendly and Larisa was great to work with. She answered questions promptly. It felt very safe and secure there. The pool area was really nice. Great views from Mare! So my suggestions for a more positive stay would be to have instructions for the washer/dryer in English and also the air conditioner. I couldn’t turn the air conditioner down. Also, there is a studio suite attached and the door was so thin, I could hear their conversation next door. All in all, I would stay at Life again and I highly recommend it!

Great location

We enjoyed our short stay at this unit - it was centrally located in Bucerias and an easy walk to all of the hustle and bustle of town. The unit was nicely equipped with anything you'd need, including a beach umbrella and soft-sided cooler. The pool was refreshing, albeit quite busy each day, all day. The gym was a decent size for the size of the building with free weights, elliptical, bikes and treadmills.

Clean, compact & luxurious

We will definitely return to Elena Tranquility. All communications with the owner and manager were prompt and efficient. Every amenity we could wish for was included. One small suggestion for future guests: bring sleeping masks, as the high-tech, attractive window blinds do allow some light to intrude.

Exceeded expectations!

Very well stocked , clean condo! The property manager, Lariza, was very friendly and met us at the front gate when we arrived. We were welcomed with bottled water in the fridge along with a bottle of red wine. Thank you! Comfy king size bed. You can log into your own Netflix & Prime accounts on the smart tv. Agree with all the previous 5/5 reviews! Other “pro’s” to mention - there is a blow dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and even laundry soap. If you don’t feel like doing laundry, there is a laundry service in the same block as the condo building. We look forward to when the rooftop bar is complete and fully serviced (limited drink menu) as the sunset view is stunning! We will be back!

Great stay at Casa De Elena, no surprises-other than not much available on TV without a subscription, but thats more our fault for being cable junkies. Great condo, as described, great layout, handy having 2 bathrooms, A/C was cold and quiet, everything needed was there including interesting and handy 2 in 1 washer dryer-new to me. Full size fridge, microwave and electric stovetop but no oven. It has an elevator! Actually 2, no more lugging suitcases up stairways. Partial ocean view and enough deck to enjoy the outside, although not much privacy from your neighbour-which can be a good thing and encourage chatting as we did around the large, long, refreshing pool. Well equipped gym with everything you would need, upstairs lounge with gorgeous sunset views, manager of lounge mentioned that they are hoping to be able to serve breakfast and lunch soon and leave dinners for Meet Meat which is on the other side of the rooftop area, did not make it there for a meal as it was too easy to go there and we wanted to go for a walk each night to a different restaurant which is so convenient in this neighbourhood-everything is so close-grocery stores, liquor store, shopping, eateries, the beach, rentals, markets… and the odd pharmacy😊 Lots of new construction but not really an issue, interesting to watch and see the growth. Much quieter here compared to PV as you can walk right down the middle of the street in the evening with the little amount of traffic-more on foot than driving.

Great condo/ Great location

The one bedroom condo is located one block from the beach. It’s exactly as advertised . It has several restaurants near by , a wine / liquor store and pharmacy right across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery which suited us as we ate breakfast and lunch in the condo most days and evening dinners at restaurants. The owner and hostess are super responsive to any questions you may have . The pool is very nice and if you are looking for a gym this property has a well equipped , clean gymnasium with modern equipment. We would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Fabulous vacation!

Our stay at Life Bucerias) was just what we needed after a chilly winter here in Vancouver! From the moment we arrived and were welcomed by the reception area and then by Lulu ( hoping we got the name right!) The suite was exactly as shown on the VRBO site when booking and had everything we needed to enjoy our two week stay! What surprised us most was the diverse group of people we met staying in the building, from young to older and everyday we were excited to see them around the pool! Although we have been to Bucerias many times, we were surprised to learn lots of new things about the area and all of the great places to eat that we had yet to discover. Thank you to our host Richard for being available to answer any questions we had and for trusting us to stay in his fabulous suite! This was definitely one of our most enjoyable trips, We will definitely be back!

The best ever...

Wow. The condo is as good as it gets. A beautiful building in a fabulous location in a beautiful town. Wow. Richard was a great communicator even helping us with a ride from the airport with a really nice driver who drove safely. The condo was really clean and had everything you could possibly need. The pool and gym were amazing and the staff was constantly cleaning the property and everyone was so nice. Right across the street there is a really nice wine/liquor shop and next door is a pharmacy. Down the block is the beach and Karen's restaurant which is very good. You can walk everywhere within a few minutes. The patio was great for drinking morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The ocean view is so nice. I can't say enough about how fabulous this condo was. I didn't want to go home. I forgot to mention how comfortable the bed is. I slept like a baby...

The unit was beautifully appointed and was super comfortable and bright. The pocket door between the living area and the bedroom and ensuite bathroom came in handy as my partner and I get up and go to bed at different times. The second bathroom (with laundry facilities!) came in very handy, too. It was lovely to start the day with coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool. And, in the evening, we really enjoyed sitting out and watching the changing coloured lights in the pool.
