A 4th floor condo located at the beachfront of bucerias, Mexico (close to Puerto Vallarta) with an Ocean View. About half a mile north of downtown which contains a wide variety of cuisine, shops, and just a pleasure to walk through. There are many fun activities available ensuring a pleasurable and exciting vacation. We are part of the beach front 'Suites Atlas' complex which has a gorgeous ocean view.

This ocean view suite had everything we could have asked for in a vacation rental. The view of Banderas Bay is amazing!!!! The living space is lovely, it is well equipped with all kitchen needs, towels and bedding are nice quality. Our host is extremely kind and easy to communicate with. Entry to the complex and unit were both easy to manage. The complex staff are so kind and helpful.The short walk to Centro is easy on a paved road with little traffic. And who doesn't need a little walk after enjoying the wonderful food and drinks in Bucerias!!This rental has given us a wondeful experience to enjoy this beautiful beach town and surrounding areas.Thank you to our hosts for allowing us to enjoy their beautiful suite. We certainly hope to return!!

Wonderful private condo, great views, well equipped

We only stayed 4 days, but could easily stay for a month or more! The views and sound of the ocean from the deck and the bedroom were spectacular. The kitchen was very well equipped, with views of the beach while preparing meals. There is also a large outdoor shared kitchen beside the pool if you prefer to socialise and cook with others; many of the guests return every year. We loved being able to paddleboard off the beach each morning to see the turtles and whales. Easy walking distance to downtown Bucerias, and a short drive to La Cruz. Definitely on our list to return for a longer stay in future.

Nice smaller complex.

Nice quiet location with a beautiful view of the ocean. Condo and complex are well kept and ageing gracefully. Sound of the waves every night was great! Close to central Bucerias and restaurants. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Lovely Beachfront Condo

We loved our 5 week stay in this Beachfront Condo. We woke up to beautiful colorful sunrises over the bay and mountains, lingered over meals on the balcony looking out on the beach, enjoyed long walks on the miles long beach, chatted with friendly condo owners and guests and had lots of delicious dining experiences at many of the restaurants. We hope to return next year!!! (You do climb stairs since it's on the 4th floor but we embraced it as an opportunity to burn off some of the delicious food we ate!)

Suites Atlas Bucerias

Everything was great. Nice condo, gorgeous views and friendly people. Lots of great bars/restaurants along the beach. The check in process was difficult because we arrived late and the night watchman, the only person around, spoke no English and couldn't find the keys that were left for us. It was eventually figured out with the help of some bilingual residents. Other than that, it was great!

Bucerias - honeymoon

The unit was perfect foe us. The view is wonderful. It's a short walk to the main part of town and several beach restaurants. If you're looking for an adults only location, this is not one. But otherwise, it is a great place to spend your time in Bucerias

What a peaceful spot.

Spent the month of Oct. 15 and didn't want to leave. Anything any one ever needed and more in the kitchen. BBQ was great to have, empty when we arrived but staff changed it the next day. Can't say enough about the Staff. Each and EVERYONE were amazing. Clean, comfortable, and hardly anyone there... PERFECT. Pool was clean and perfect temp. Short walk into town or to public transit. Seafood was awesome.Met some amazing owners and had a great time with them. Saw turtles leaving the nest right out on the front beach, were there for Hurricane Patricia, only for a few drops... so lucky. Owners called to make sure we were alright, so very thoughtful. Total RELAXATION. A Sister's trip. Such a great place we booked again. Can't wait to be back. Mo and Sue

Fantastic location!

My husband and I spent 6 days here and this place has it all. It's on the fourth floor but wasn't a bad climb up. When we checked into our room we had a bouquet of flours and a six pack of beer in the fridge waiting for us. (Nice touch) Every time we opened a cupboard there was always something new to discover. It was nice to have real glasses to make Margaritas in. Looks like everyone leaves their leftover bottles there. We bought a bottle of triple sec and there was already two there. Live and learn I guess. We cooked a few meals and everything worked great. Enjoyed the gas stove too. Didn't get a chance to use the BBQ, maybe next time. Best part was having the washing machine. We noticed a family using the outside grill one day by the pool. We would bring our drinks down to the pool and put them in the full size fridge. That was a awesome perk. Wifi worked great and the bed was comfortable. Location was great to walk to town, only 15 mins. We walked home every night and felt safe. Not one time share person the whole trip. Very few venders on the beach and all you had to do was shake your head and they keep walking. The beach is pretty much all yours. We met another gentleman that spends a month there and was telling us about when all the regulars come. They have Happy Hour by the pool. That would be a fun time to go. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Cozy Getaway in a Lovely Setting

My friend and I had a wonderful getaway in this great condo. The location was perfect - outside of town but close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, market, etc. Everything needed was there, from kitchen items, beach towels, washer/dryer, and excellent AC. The place was very clean and we (two females) felt very safe with the all night security...not that I am sure it is necessary, but certainly added to feelings of safety. We walked the beach into town several times and even walked all the way down to the RDC to parasail. I have to say, the beach in front of Suites Atlas was the most well-kept. KUDOS to the management! The beach was clean and raked every morning, unlike many others we saw in the area. Upon arrival, the condo owners provided someone to take our bags up to the 4th floor so that was very much appreciated. The housekeeper also helped us carry up groceries after a trip to Mega. The other employees encountered at SA were very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Fresh flowers on the table and cold beer in the fridge were very nice touches. During our 5 night stay, cleaning service was offered twice, but we only took advantage of having someone come in once. Also provided was a 5 gallon bottle of water which was appreciated as well. The owners were great to work with and promptly answered any emails or questions I had before arrival. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony that overlooks the pool and gives a good view of Banderas Bay around to Puerto Vallarta. The pool area is great with plenty of comfortable chairs and umbrellas to get out of the sun if needed. It wasn't crowded while we were there and we pretty much had the place to ourselves the first few days. The water in front of the condo was calm most of the time and we enjoyed many hours floating on the blow-up mattresses we brought. There are a couple of boogie boards that can be used in the water as well. We walked into town in the evenings through the neighborhoods and back at night and never felt in any way threatened (be sure to bring flashlights). I highly recommend this condo and can't wait to go back.

Beautiful condo and beach

We stayed at the Atlas Suites for 2 weeks. Getting our bags up 4 flights was a little tricky, but the security guard was great and helped us.Had a wonderful vacation. Everything we needed and more in the condo. Staff was excellent. Property was very well maintained. We met lots of people from Canada and Alberta. Laid back, enjoyable stay. Loved the Bucerias location. Frequented the California Pizza restaurant 3 times. Loved it! You got to eat there. Definitely would recommend it.

No Elevator!

We had booked this place for the month of December 2015 but had to cancel. Just a warning - especially to seniors - that this property is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator!

Perfect beach spot

Here are my requirements for a perfect vacation spot at the beach: Location - must be beachfront - check View - I like to see the ocean and/or pool when I look out the window - check on both Cleanliness - this place had twice a week maid service - yup, check Separate sleeping rooms for adults and child - check AC - there were 2, quiet and efficient, kept us very comfortable - check Nice to haves: Kitchenette - this was more like a fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge, 6 burner stove, microwave and just about any kitchen appliance and utensil you may need - check Something on which to play music - there were 2 TVs, DVD player(and movies!) and 2 very decent quality cassette/CD/MP3 players Bottled water waited for us in the room and more was available for about two bucks for a 5 galon tank when we needed it. There were juices and coffee and wine and tequila welcoming us when we arrived as well. There is a nice balcony overlooking the pool/beach/ocean. There is a gas BBQ grill on the balcony so you can grill a perfect burger or the local speciality aracera steak. The pictures don't do this place justice. It is all that! Now you would probably expect to break the bank to get all of this. Not so! Dealing with Victor and Alicia has been a breaze and a pleasure and they charged us less than half of what other places half as nice would. Not only I recommend this highly to anyone but I look forward to coming back. Thank you!

Exciting

WOW, that one word best describes our 3 month stay at Suites Atlas. This well equipped 1-bedroom unit comes with everything to make your stay more enjoyable. Whether it would be the coffee maker to enjoy that morning brew or the blender to create your own margarita to sip while you watch your steak sizzle to perfection over the open flame of the gas bar-b-q. What, you say you got your favorite shirt dirty, no problem...just throw them into the washer / dryer while you sit on this 4th floor balcony over looking the pool area or gazing across Banderas Bay watching the evening fire works or ligths flicker from Puerto Vallarta. This unit is less than 5 minutes from buses that can take north to Las Cruz or an afternoon of surfing in Sayulita or you can go south 15 miles for a stroll down the Malicon in P. V. Downtown Bucerias is a 15 minute stroll down a well lit walkway to a town of shops and restaurants. The beach area is right out front of this complex and is constantly patrolled by Policia to add that sense of security...not that it was needed. The patio area is well equipped with chairs and loungers for sun bathers or palapas to shade you as you leisurely enjoy the afternoon. Sadly, we have to leave....but can't wait to come back next year.

Home away from home.

Comfortable apartment. Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio watching the sun come up. Daily walks to town on the beach or down the road. Recommend this to anyone!

Perfect for families!

My husband and I have been to this condo many times in 10 years and we have only had great experiences every time. It is very well furnished, family friendly (we have a 2 and a 5 year old), and a perfect place to relax. The building employees are helpful, friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful vacation! If you are looking for a place where you can have a good time and not feel like you are in a busy hotel, this is the rental place you are looking for.
