Welcome to the Casa Linda Estate where memories are made to last a lifetime!

Our private beach area for our guest makes for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. There are plenty of loungers, tables, and chairs on the beach and around the pool for all!

Casa Linda 3 is our newest addition to the estate. The Casita that was in its place for many, many years has been replaced with this spacious one-bedroom Casa and offers a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with king-size bed, can be split into individual beds, 1 sofa bed in living area, BBQ, Cable, 2 TVs, HBO and Netflix. So could easily sleep up to 4 people. There are 2 full baths and has a large patio with table, chairs and is set off the pool & beach with tropical plants surrounding. The living area overlooks the pool and lush tropical gardens as well as a view of the ocean from the kitchen/ living area. Casa Linda 3 has the uniqueness of being on the beach and pool.

The Casa Linda Estate is located in the quaint village of Bucerias (in English – diver) just 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. You will find we are comfortable, affordable and private. Our staff of 2 maids and a gardener are there to ensure that you have everything you need for a perfect vacation!
The property is filled with lush tropical plants, majestic palm trees, fragrant flowers, and fountains.

Spend the day lounging by the pool or on the beach where we offer a private area for our guests. It is a great place to relax under the palms, read a book, do a little shopping from the local vendors or take a walk on the best sandy beach in the Bay.

There are also 3 new studio Casitas upstairs with full kitchens, king beds and patios.
All Casas and Studios are all equipped with A/C, BBQ grill, cable TV, DVD, and WiFi, Maid service is offered every other day and a chef is available upon request..
The Casa Linda Estate is perfect for family or friends get-togethers, reunions, golf groups, fishing (some of the best!) or just relaxing and enjoying life…….it just does not get any better!

This was an ideal place for us. Perfect location-close to many dining options and market. Great combination of access to beach and pool. The owner has thought of everything that you will need. I can’t recommend highly enough. Feels like a little haven in the heart of Bucerias. Would definitely go again.

Bucerias at its best

This was one of the best properties I have stayed at. The location was central to most things, on the beach, with a pool outside my door and beautiful landscaping. The bed was supurb and the amenities were great. I will stay here again when I come back.

Weekened getaway

The location was beautiful and everyone one was friendly and nice. Easy walk to markets and resturants. Everything you need close or at the location. Owner stopped and checked on us several times throughout ou stay . Will definitely return

Great location on the beach as well as tranquil setting. There are several units on site but with the lush trees and plants you feel like you are alone. Easy to walk to restaurants, convenience store, tourist market and taxi's

Casa Linda was such a great experience for us! Such a beautiful setting, quite, and clean. The grounds are fabulously manicured and the condo was everything we had hoped for, and more! This is at the top of our list to enjoy again in the future. Thank you Casa Linda for such a wonderful stay.

Hidden Paradise

Amazing spot. Will definitely be back. The traditional design and landscaping create a secluded little paradise that is literally steps away from everything you need (transportation, food, sports,etc.(not to mention the beautiful, private beach). The owner is readily available though everything you need is already there - she is just an absolutely wonderful lady and communicated everything clearly. Truly a hidden gem!

A perfect oasis

We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay and would live here forever if only we could! Colorful, cozy, and beautifully appointed casita by Lori, and previously her Mom, Linda. Lori has thought of everything and has wonderful taste. Little baskets everywhere to corral your stuff, little woven mats for your drinks, a magnifying makeup mirror, pots, pans, dishes, teapot, toaster oven. I told her all that was needed was a full length mirror and then she told me where it was behind the bedroom door! The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. The comfortable king bed has super soft, quality sheets and pillows. Its very dark in the room if you require that. Surrounded by an oasis of very well cared for trees and plants and the breeze is strong and cooling. You have a lot of privacy on your own patio and can saunter out to the beach in 30 seconds. Excellent cappuccino a short walk. I really cant say enough about this place and the incredibly helpful, gracious host, Lori. If you're looking for a true old Mexican hacienda experience instead of a bland multi-story condo, this is the place in Bucerìas. Theres a lot of construction, unfortunately, but your surroundings make up for it. Can't wait to come back.

An Amazing Holiday

Casa Linda was wonderful. We stayed in a one bedroom, 2 bath unit. Decorated with bright colours and Mexican themes. We enjoyed an ocean view from the kitchen. We had a private patio, and just beyond the palm trees and greenery, was the pool. Only 6 casitas in the complex. Steps to the beach with private beach area. Several loungers and chairs available. Lori was pleasant and very helpful. The house keepers, both named Christina, were very friendly and attended the casita every two days. The pool was quiet, but again lots of lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. The location is close to several excellent restaurants, or you can choose to walk into the old town which is charming with several eateries and bars. We will definitely return.

Beautiful and peaceful on the beach

This is a spacious villa within steps to the beach and pool. There is a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable, relaxed Hispanic decor throughout the villa. There are restaurants close by and easy to get anywhere by foot or taxi! Great place! We will be back!

I found my new “happy place” to return.

What a beautiful, serene, and a true Mexican decor through out the villas and property. Nice to see this and not the new condos. We are in Mexico. I so enjoyed the private beach. Lori has done a marvelous job and is very accommodating to guests needs. I will return as this is an hour drive from my home and a wonderful getaway.

Great relaxing property

There were so many features of this property we loved! The bright colors of exterior and decor of the interior. We travel pretty simply looking to experience more authentic decor and not fancy luxury fluff. This place fit our needs perfectly. The location is near many of our favorite restaurants and the beach front area was amazing. There are many gorgeous tropical plants through out the property will makes you feel like you are in paradise. We found the bed and bedding to be very comfortable. The unit was equipped with everything that we could have needed during our stay.

Wonderful stay

This accommodation was a perfect place for a relaxing, peaceful vacation with beach access. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Our host was very accommodating and visited the property daily. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lodging was beautifully appointed and so colorful! We love the garden foliage and flowers and look forward to a return visit.

Fantastic Beach Location

Owner Lori met me at property and did extensive review of amenities. Lori took time to book me a reservation for dinner. Gave me a great description of the village of Bucerias and what is available for future visits. This is truly a unique Boutique property with personalized service! Beautiful Mexican design rooms add to the ambiance. Exceptional property!

Tropical Paradise

Casa Linda is a hidden gem - right on the beach pool is surrounded by a tropical jungle. We had a 1 bedroom 2 bath casa and it was just perfect. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. and great places to eat. Love this small resort and we will be back. Lori was a great hostess and she’s from my hometown town - Ft Woth!

Slice of paradise!

A wonderful private casa on the beach. Lori, the owner, and staff were really top notch! Our unit was cleaned every other day, as was the pool and private beach. Many people who stay here are repeat guests, we now know why! Lori was a gem. Thanks for letting us stay at Casa Linda!

A Wonderful Place to Stay!!

We were absolutely delighted by our stay at Casa Linda. The property is lush and gorgeous. Beautifully landscaped, with tons of lounging areas and brilliant green lizards! Our casita was lovely. Great art, all the amenities, and a really comfy bed! Lori was so kind and helpful. The night we arrived she brought us cold beers and later when a huge storm came through, she called us to make sure we were okay and would be able to get dinner. She took time to share the history of the place and all the work she’s done. Everything is so thoughtfully designed. It’s just lovely. Christina and the rest of the staff are friendly and very professional. Since we came in the off season, many places were closed but we found plenty to do and had some exceptional meals. Casa Linda is south of town so it’s quieter and less crowded which we preferred. Still, there’s a great wine store, a coffee shop and a taxi stand within 2 blocks. We fell in love with Bucerias and feel so lucky to have been able to spend a week at Casa Linda. Already making plans to come back!

I started visiting Bucerias years ago, my mother Linda, bought the property of land in 1972 and started building Casa Linda, there really was not much here but my mom loved it and I soon fell in love with the town as well.
My visits became longer periods of time until 2020, I finally made the big move, sold my house, and moved to Bucerias permanently and have no regrets!
I live year-round in Bucerias and run and manage Casa Linda with the help of the wonderful staff of many years, Cristina, Jacinto, and Otra Cristina, .

I love to fill the gardens with unusual tropical plants of orchids, hibiscus, Bugambilia, and a lot of out of the ordinary finds. We have over 20 palm trees on our property and most are 30 to 40 years old.
I enjoy meeting all the people that pass through Casa Linda and hearing about their adventures.

The location can't be beat, you can be at the airport in 20 minutes, downtown Vallarta in 35 minutes, and other nearby towns like Sayulita in around 20 minutes.
You can walk to town and you are within walking distance to all services, shopping, and restaurants. The bus stops are nearby as well.

You are surrounded by tropical gardens, rare flowers, and various wildlife passing by.
It is wonderful to see guests relaxing and taking a break from their busy lives. Casa Linda is like a home away from home without the stress.
