Cute and spacious! The kitchen was equipped for cooking, fully functional washer and dryer. Definitely one of our top favorites.

The host was very helpful because there were so many issues with the place it wasn’t funny! The light plug in the master bedroom was loose in the wall plug, but was fixed. The is no GFI plugs in either bathroom, which we found out didn’t need to be because the building was built before they existed. The light in the living room needed to be plugged in behind the couch, because the light controller didn’t work. The control for the master bath tub valve was frozen only for the shower, but was fixed before we left. There was no sink plugs in either bathroom, but was fixed during our stay. We came back from dinner and the refrigerator was leaking onto the floor, was told it was condensation. We left after 5 days because of the issues. Yes,our money was refunded for those two days. Verbo refunded our booking fee, which was appreciated.

I do want to note that the concern regarding the bathroom cleanliness was never mentioned during the stay, so I was not given the opportunity to investigate or have the cleaning team return to address it. When we arrived at this Condo, we were very surprised how unkept the place was. To start, we had to kick the front door once you put the door code in, for it to open. The walls and baseboards throughout the whole condo were scraped up and dirty. The round baseboard by the front door was attached to wall, just laying theres. Bathrooms have mold and rusted completely out soap holders in shower. Hair stuck to walls and very dirty. It was hard to open slidding glass door to patio, an older person would not be able to do it. And the list goes on.... would never stay there again!

Holiday in towers stay

The place was in a good location, Right where we could get to all the places we needed to get to every thing was in walking distance. The only thing I can say it was not bad but the pictures didn't speak well of the place after we got there. We would come again.

Owner was awesome! Responded very quickly to any messages I sent and was very personable. Bathrooms and kitchen could use some updating, especially the fixtures. Otherwise, everything was great! Location was awesome! Building and pool were in great condition. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, amusement park were fantastic! Would definitely stay again!

The place was nice and clean. I liked that both bedrooms had bathrooms and that there was an extra bed in the living room. the balcony had a nice view of the pool. The hot tub was amazing as well. I would definitely come back to this place.

Close to the beach!

This property was a great spot for my friend and I to have a weekend beach getaway. The beach is literally a 5 minute (max) walk away. The pool was great as well. Check in was seamless and instructions were clear. The AC definitely held up against the summer heat. Beds were comfortable and we had a great time.

This place is not that bad the only complaints that we had were the check in, the pool, and the wash cloth situation. The check in was horrible we were a little late, and weren't given the # of the unit. Had a little trouble getting in touch with the host but finally got the # of the room. It took close to an hour to reach her. We were not able to access the pool unless there were people there to open the door we were not given a code. But the pool was fun and the hot tub was amazing. We told her that we were having five guest but only had four washcloths that wasn't a huge deal but we had to buy some. I will say the location is excellent. We had a short drive to most of the places we wanted to go. Overall we had a good time. Seriously though, the unit needs updating, mainly the bathrooms. The unit was clean but 'looks' crudy.

Thank you for your review. The check-in concerns described are not accurate. Unit number and full check-in instructions were provided 3 days prior to arrival, and the door code was sent at 1:50 p.m. on the day of check-in. You later reached out again at 7:00 p.m. asking for the unit number, and I responded within minutes at 7:09 p.m. Regarding pool access, instructions clearly state that a green pool fob is located inside the unit. No message was received during your stay asking for assistance with this. As for washcloths, you never reached out that one was missing . The unit is accurately represented in the listing photos. Thank you.

We chose this condo for a family vacation because of its excellent location—1 block from the beach & in walking distance of town. Unfortunately, the condition of the rental and the owner’s response were extremely disappointing, especially considering the cost of the stay.When we arrived, the condo was visibly dirty. The floors were sticky and covered with hair, including actual balls of hair. A closet contained a pile of wet, musty, dirty linens that had apparently been left behind by the cleaning service. The rental also appeared much more worn than the online pictures suggested, with scratched walls, stained grout, outdated bathrooms, and mismatched or poorly installed fixtures.I immediately contacted the owner, sent pictures & asked for the condo to be cleaned. She initially offered to refund the unused nights if we left, but we had flown in, had a return flight already scheduled & could not simply relocate our entire family at the last minute. I explained that I did not want to leave; I wanted the rental we had paid for to be properly cleaned.The owner repeatedly said it was the busy season & could not provide a scheduled time for the cleaners. We spent a large part of our first 2 vacation days waiting, yet no one arrived during the times we were there. When we finally left to feed our family, we were told that the cleaner & maintenance person were suddenly at the door. We had never been notified that they were coming. Rest is in the photos

When you contacted me about your concerns, I offered a solution and arranged for maintenance to assist. As the host, I did my best to coordinate the necessary assistance during a particularly busy season. Since you preferred to be present when someone entered the condo, I reached out multiple times to arrange a suitable time for access. Unfortunately, we were unable to coordinate a time that worked, and the cleaning team’s visit did not coincide with your availability.

Location great. Exterior well kept. Hot tub not heated. Bathrooms old and not pristine. All baseboards with layers of dust as were bedroom ceiling fans. I left it cleaner than when we arrived.

I have stayed at Holiday Towers before and it was awesome. This time we had a different condo. It was not a good experience. When I booked the room I told them for 5. There were only 2 sets of sheets for the bed, none for the fifth person. There was dried syrup on the table in the dining area. We had to sweep the floors, clean the kitchen and bathroom sinks and tubs before using. The refrigerator leaked wster.

This review does not reflect the reality of your stay. You were provided with two full sets of sheets for the beds, and once you notified me about needing additional linens for the fifth guest, I immediately sent the cleaning staff to deliver them. No cleaning concerns were raised during your stay, and had they been mentioned, I would have addressed them promptly. As for the refrigerator, I was only informed of a leak at 8:35 PM the night before checkout—far too late to investigate or resolve the issue during your stay. I communicate clearly and respond quickly when guests reach out. It's important that reviews reflect actual communication and timelines so future guests can make informed decisions.

Over nice, but the hot water would turn cold one a single shower. Refrigerator door had to be pushed in at bottom to seal. But still nice. Thanks for sharing. PS maybe a heads up on the one parking space, security said they would tow others, we had two vehicles from different states for the stay.

I don't know what to say

Okay, let me say the property in itself isn't bad. Sure the bathrooms could use some updating but the beds were extremely comfortable and it was a very close walk to the beach. However, the area was less than desirable. It seemed to be in a rough area of town, although not one person gave us an issue or made us feel uncomfortable. We should have done our research before booking b/c we just so happened to book while a bike rally was going on, so it was loud! but overall it wasn't a bad stay.

I wouldn’t classify the place as a condo.

Let’s just say it was a 5 stars hotel tag in the ghetto. The smell of weed, it was so strong. Went I try getting my money, the Property manager send me to call Vrbo, Vrbo send me to my insurance and NO ONE FIX IT THE ISSUE FOR ME. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE OR THE PLATFORM.

Worse Stay!!!

I’ve used this exact unit last year without any issues. Day of check-in, I received an email stating the check-in process along with instructions to report immediately if bugs were found. We checked in 4 hours after the check-in time. Sent email stating that everything was great. Hours later, we see that the pull out bed linen was not changed. I changed the sheets and went to bed. Only to be awaken by one of my children staying that bugs were in the kitchen. The kitchen and bathrooms were INFESTED with roaches. Reached out to her explaining the events that had happen and asked if she had anymore units bc I did not feel comfortable along with not wanting to take any bugs home when we left. She stated that she did not and that she would send someone to spray. She did not offer to do anything else. I had to go out and buy plastic bags with zippers so that the bugs would not get into our luggage or food items. I understand that people do come and go and bring things with them when they come but for what I paid for the 7 days stay, something else should have been done to accommodate me and my family. I do not recommend anyone staying here until her pest problem is eliminated. I feel as though she knew about them being there due to it being in the email that was sent. Last year, her welcome email didn’t have anything listed about any pest. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only person that has complained about this. Bathroom shower curtain also had mildew and needs to be replaced.
