Family friendly 2-bedroom 2-bath oceanside condo in Hilton Head Resort. Located in the desirable atrium building with the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, and baby pool. You're just a 10-minute walk down the private scenic boardwalk to the beach. The gated resort offers 2 outdoor pools (one is heated March thru October), tennis courts, pickleball, pool side restaurant, and beachside bar. Close to Kroger, Whole Foods, Shelter Cove, and many restaurants and shopping.
We're located on the top floor of building 3 with the indoor pool. Hilton Head Resort is a gated oceanside resort located mid-Island and close to everything. The access to the beach is a private scenic boardwalk over a saltwater marsh. No roads to cross.
Our condo is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. Our full kitchen is well stocked so you can prepare a full meal or a snack for the beach. We provide beach equipment including a wagon, chairs, umbrella, and kid's toys. All of our beach equipment is stored in an outdoor locker for your convenience.
*Primary bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, flat screen TV, closet, and attached full bathroom.
*Second bedroom has bunk beds with a full on the bottom and twin on top, additional twin bed, dresser, flat screen TV, and closet. The second full bathroom is across the hall.
*Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and slow cooker.
*Screened in patio with dining for 2.
Laundry facilities are just down the hallway. Download the app and you will receive a text when your laundry is finished.
**Beach shuttle is available in season.
