• Parking passes must be paid for in cash at the security kiosk upon arrival. Passes are $25 each, with a maximum of 2 passes authorized per reservation..

• Communal pools, hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis courts, BBQ area, and a children's playground are available to guests. Availability and maintenance are managed by the building/HOA.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
