Beach Themed Condo with Free WiFi, Central AC, Shared Pool, & Tennis Courts

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate you returning to the resort for so many years, and we’re glad that, aside from these concerns, you still had an enjoyable stay. We sincerely apologize for the issues with the entry code and the condition of the condo. We understand your frustration with the closet doors, shower doors, bathroom doors, carpeting, couch, and walls. These are important details, especially for a property you’ve stayed at for many years. We’ll be sharing your feedback with the property and maintenance teams so these items can be reviewed and addressed. We also apologize for the inconvenience of having to contact someone for a new entry code, and we’ll review what happened there as well. Thank you again for your continued support over the years and for helping us identify areas that need attention. We hope to provide you with a more comfortable and refreshed experience on your next visit. 😊
