Come relax and enjoy our cozy 2 bedroom cottage. Enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, biking and the beautiful sunsets at the nearby Pymatuning Lake. The Espyville Marina is a short .02 mile walk to enjoy fishing off the pier or just relaxing on a nearby bench. This marina offers boat rentals of all kinds and stand up paddleboards.

Our cottage sleeps 6 but 5 comfortable if all adults. 2 Queen beds and a futon in the living room that sleeps 2 children or 1 adult comfortably. Linens are provided for all our beds. Bath towels are provided 1 per guest.

Our roomy kitchen offers a full kitchen with a range, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, crockpot, and dish towels. Enjoy your complimentary welcome treat as our way of saying Thank you!

A smart TV is provided in the living room for streaming as WIFI is provided.
Outside enjoy a gas grill.
Enjoy the outdoor picnic table and fire ring with camping chairs. Firewood can be purchased at several nearby locations.
There is a fish cleaning station for all you anglers.
There is ample parking and room for your boat.

Enjoy an ice-cream at the nearby Yorkies Ice-Cream. Poff bait store is nearby as well as local restaurants such as Countryside Restaurant, Little BIt, The Welcome Inn, The Crooked Paddle and Russells BBQ is on your way to the local Spillway where the ducks walk on water! Deer Park is located in Jamestown and Conneaut Park is only 9 miles away.
If you like to listen to live bands outdoor, try the nearby Mortal Keys. There is a nearby beach in Linesville and across the causeway in Andover Park.

Most of all, come and have fun!

Hosts are very welcoming, helped us with plenty of fishing knowledge of the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cleaning products, a plus for one that loves to cook. Overall we were very satisfied with the price, cleanliness, and location for our getaway!

Everything was very homey and welcoming. We enjoyed the outside firepit and making smores with our granddaughter as well as her enjoying the hammock!

We’re so happy to hear that you found the cottage peaceful. It’s very exciting that you got to see four bald eagles. There seems to be more and more sightings of the eagles. I too get very excited when we spot one out on the boat. We would love to have you return to our cottage on your next trip. I wish I would have got to meet you but I enjoyed talking to you on the telephone.

Wonderful place to stay !!!

We had a wonderful time ! Very peaceful and great area for kids to like ride and enjoy the big yard . The fire pit was relaxing to sit by. Totally would recommend this cottage to stay at. Very clean and well kept.

Our Stay

The cottage is adorable, very clean and well supplied. The beds were very comfortable. Wendy is a wonderful host and very helpful. She made us a delicious banana bed for our stay. I felt like I was in my own home.

Perfect Retreat for some R&R

Wonderfully comfortable cottage and grounds. Fantastic outdoor family fire ring space. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Modern, fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. Highly recommended! We’ll be back!

Well appointed and clean. Convenient boat parking and handy outlet for charging boat batteries. Hosts very accommodating and loved the cookies.

Cute cottage

The property was very clean and well appointed. The owner even left a loaf of delicious, homemade blueberry bread for me, which was greatly appreciated. Wendy, the owner, is excellent at communication, quickly answering any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Very Nice!

Nice neighborhood. Very little traffic. Clean and well stocked. Very nice owners. We definitely recommend it! The only other perk I would really appreciate is a good stock of dry firewood so we don't have to buy or bring our own.

Clean, Relaxing Retreat in Espyville, PA

Very clean, neat, well maintained, little cottage near to Lake Pymatuning. Very comfortable cottage at the lake, with comfy beds, in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We rented a fishing boat the Espyville Marina and caught channel catfish and white perch. Plenty of quiet roads for long walks and bike rides. Fireside every evening. Near historical area of Oil City and Titusville. The Maritime museum in Erie is a must see. The owner Wendy is very helpful and responds to questions right away. And the fresh baked goodies were a real treat. All in all a good time, and a great value!

Overall, the property was very clean and well kept. Wendy and Arnold Julian were very hospitable, and went out of their way to communicate about the facilities, the area, and the best fishing spots on the lake. The cottage was very comfortable and had the feeling of being at Dad's house on the lake. The TV had over 4000 channels which included major networks and pay channels which exceeded my expectations. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and there was adequate closet and drawer space for all my clothes so I didn't need to live out of my suitcase. All the kitchen appliances worked well and Wendy provided enough coffee and filters to get me through the week. The only negatives I have is that there was no dish washer so everything had to be hand washed, and that there were no paper plates which forced me to use the ceramic plates that required washing. I highly recommend this property to a couple, or a single person looking for a quiet and clean place for a week. Although it can sleep four in the two queen beds, and six if the trundle bed in the living room is used, I feel it would be a little tight because the seating in both the kitchen and living room are for four people, and the floorspace is small. Overall its now a favorite place for a fishing trip for me.Enjoyed my stay,Ed

I’m sorry you were disappointed there was not a dishwasher or paper plates provided. They are not listed as amenities on the listing. I hope you enjoyed the lake.
