The modern kitchen with all of the amenities will satisfy the camp chefs. The huge, open floor plan offers the living room, dining room, bedroom #1 (master suite), and a half bath.

The upper level provides bedrooms #2, #3, and a loft area with twin over full bunk bed. This level sleeps up to 9 people.

The lower level provides a TV living room, wet bar w/frig, bedrooms #4 and #5, and washer/dryer room.

Boats can be launched from the public boat launch at Campbell County Park on Demory Road, Whitman Hollow Marina or at the neighborhood launch site. It is easier to launch the boat at the public boat launch and take it out at the neighborhood boat launch, as the neighborhood launch is very narrow and steep. Survey the neighborhood boat launch to ensure the right size for your needs.
