This is our 3rd home that we rent out so I made a list from the others and tried to stock everything. This is by far the house with the best walk to the water and sleeps 18. Yes there’s lots of places to hangout together or in small groups. Best gentle laying lot on Norris with year around water that I know of and I’m a Realtor of 20+ years. We’ve had a lot of guests over the years and no one has said anything about the plumbing. The only thing I can think of is if your in the basement and someone upstairs flushes I’m sure you can hear it. Had never thought about it since none had said anything. Maybe we can wrap the pipes. I’ll relay to my husband. He’s the plumber. Just glad all the plumbing worked well. Lol. Thanks for staying.

That is great news to hear. Glad everyone liked it. Were definitely getting good feedback for the addition of the ATV. Even though our two homes have 2 of the most gentle slopes to Norris Lake they can still be a hike especially when your carrying things to/from the dock. As for the slope this is definitely one of the most gentle on Norris Lake. Of course after a day the sun and on the water I’m sure it still takes some effort. Lol. Thank you all!! Even with the gentle walk the side by side has become a hit just for toting coolers and things to:from the dock. Our dock is 1,800 sq ft. (The largest allowed on Norris) and accommodates most everyone. We thank you for staying and look forward to having your group again.

Thank you and your family for sharing Thanksgiving with us. We purchased this home early this year and plan to replace the microwave before summer time. My family stayed there for a week but we honestly never use the microwave but my husband said we might need to replace it just because it was older. Thank you for the input as we try to make it the absolute best experience for everyone. Hoping you can come back during boating season and try it again. Thank you for staying with us. I apologize that you did not read all of your check-in text. It plainly states in ALL CAPS that the cameras and security system are not on while guests are present. I set reminders to turn them off. I had turned everything off at 10am the morning you arrived because I had allowed you to check-in at noon at no extra charge. Our home’s are mostly rented back to back during the summer months and we don’t even use them BUT we have had some break-ins in the off season so that’s why we put the cameras up and of course we can’t remove them during guests stays as they are mounted. Sorry for the lack of communication. I am working to add it to the general guest agreement that goes out when guests book. I’ve found though that most don’t read those so that’s why I put it in the text that has the door code hoping it won’t be missed. Anyway, thanks for staying.
