Sink into a large, sectional sofa after a day of swimming, hiking, boating or sightseeing in this new home. Nestled in one of the most beautiful parts of the country, this cottage is loaded with amenities including WIFI, a big-screen T.V, spacious new decks a bluetooth soundbar stereo system, ceiling fans with remotes and air conditioning. a hot tub may be available .

This cottage is within walking distance to Acadia National Park hiking trails and the ocean, and it is close to the nearby town of Southwest Harbor where restaurants and shopping are available. Stars light up the night sky, with the cool breeze that coaxes you to a sound sleep. It is truly a memorable vacation destination!

Wonderful!

Very cozy home with clean hot tub. Kitchen stocked with great cookware and dinnerware. Loved the gas fireplace, roominess of the home and decks. Excellent location to groceries, restaurants and Acadia Natl Park. Owner very responsive.

Perfect stay

My husband and I enjoyed our 25th anniversary for a week at this lovely location. It was nice and secluded, but yet extremely close to dining and shopping. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Wonderful property

The house is spacious and clean. Convenient but quiet location. The hot tub was enjoyed by everyone. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great private location.

Lovely property close to all that Acadia has to offer. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The couch in the great room could use some updating/cleaning however everything else about the house was wonderful.

We loved this place, both Acadia and this house. As turn key as you get- linens, kitchen-ready for dining in and beautifully secluded. Would love to see the island in the Fall.

Great Location Quiet and Relaxing

Lovely house close to amenities, Bar Harbor and Acadia. Plenty of sleeping spaces if you have a larger group. Great outdoor spaces if you visit in the warmer months. We were able to bring our dogs with us which was awesome! Would love to visit again!

Wonderful stay just outside of Bar Harbor

We stayed at the Green House for the last week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well-stocked and in a sweet, quiet part of the island. Bar harbor was close enough to go daily, but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. The hot tub was a perfect way to spend each night and the stars were beautiful.

Peaceful winter visit

My wife and I had an excellent weekend in SW Harbor, and the house was perfect for our needs. The house was very clean and well appointed. Exceeded our expectations!

A magical place in Acadia

We loved our stay, the house has lots of room, it is very light with the great windows. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. The hot yup was the cherry on top. The location is perfect on the Les busy side of Acadia and in walking distance to some great hiking trails. We will come back again.

Beautiful cabin and area

I love the secluded nature of this cabin. You can see a million stars at night and even the milky way. The cabin is very well equipped with plenty of space and is very well kept. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub. It's very close to Acadia and the location has many trees and flowers and bushes. The owners are very helpful as well! We really appreciated them and the beautiful cabin. Would love to come back someday with the family.

National park experience

The trip to ME from NY was to see Acadia National Park. This property in Southwest Harbor was was a short ride to the park. The location made it convenient to have dinner in Bar Harbour or Southwest Harbour. The property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We enjoyed our visit to the park and the house we stayed in.

Our 2nd stay at this beautiful home was as wonderful as we remembered. Tucked into the woods and immersed in nature, every stress melted away the moment we arrived. We cook alot and the new kitchen was fully stocked with everything a chef could want. The open floor plan is so inviting,.We love the gas fireplace and all the natural light from the many windows. Super clean,comfortable beds, beautiful decks and outdoor furnishings Our favorite is always the jacuzzi and it is updated and amazing!! Jennifer is a top notch host and is always immediate with help and guidance. There is a guest information book that fully explains everything about the home and the area and activities. We Love it here,which makes it difficult to depart. So grateful for our time making Memories in Mt.Desert and magical Acadia. Counting the days until we return....

Amazing Rental!

Great vacation home. Immaculately clean and very comfortable, secluded home, close to town. Air conditioning came in handy as we were there during a warm spell. Jennifer, the owner, is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended! Will definitely return.

Wonderful stay in SW Harbor, ME

We really enjoyed this house in SW Harbor, ME. It was a perfect home for a family of four. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub after long hikes through Acadia. Home is located close to a grocery store, gas station, Acadia National Park and the cute town of Bar Harbor. Home was very clean and contact with owner was easy. We will definitely be back!!!

Home away from home

A home away from home; surrounded by pine trees, falcons, and close to Acadia trail heads. We enjoyed the proximity to all Acadia and Bar Harbor has to offer with the privacy of the property and comfort of the hot tub each evening. My kids (9 and 7) were in tears when it was time to leave!

Great retreat

My family enjoyed our stay at the Green house. The hosts made every effort to ensure the house was comfortable for us. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. The only con is that the house is at the top of a very steep hill, making the walk/bike to downtown Southwest Harbor challenging.

This home is built for comfort and has mostly one floor living. Mount Desert Island is a wonderful place to spend time in the summer and the climate and surroundings make you feel healthy and rejuvenated. It has a variety of amenities including hot tub, pool table and ping pong. A huge wrap around deck, ceiling fans with remotes, AC in Living Room and Master BR, and wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedrooms make it very comfortable.

In Southwest Harbor there is something for everyone! Young children enjoy exploring the rocky coastlines and hiking and swimming in our nearby lakes, adventurers enjoy hiking, boating and biking on amazing carriage trails, and older visitors like to drive throughout the park, golf and visit gardens and exhibits.
