Guests will have access to the "Entire House," which includes the main floor. The downstairs basement is off-limits to guests and is primarily used for storage. Occasionally, staff may access the basement for maintenance needs, but they will not disturb guests during their stay. The garage is shared access, with the owner parking in the smaller garage bay. Guests are welcome to use the larger garage bay, provided they follow the parking instructions.

While having a vehicle is recommended for accessing the house and exploring the beautiful surroundings, it's worth noting that rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are typically available in the area. These services can provide convenient transportation options for those who prefer not to drive or need a lift to nearby attractions, dining, or entertainment.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible, so whether you're driving or using rideshare services, you'll have options to explore the area at your convenience.

We want to ensure your stay with us is fantastic and worry-free. To help us maintain the quality of our property and provide a smooth experience for all our guests, we have a few policies we'd like to make you aware of before booking:

Cancelations policy: on any other platform other than airbnb (IE vrbo, booking, direct booking) will be subject to a 10% processing fee (this fee covers our credit card payment processing fee and the vrbo travelers service fee which we have to pay even after cancelation).

Damage Waiver or Refundable Deposit: We offer you the choice between a $29.99 Damage Waiver or a $500 credit card hold for incidentals. The Damage Waiver covers minor damages and wear and tear up to $500, providing peace of mind during your stay. The Refundable Damage Deposit, as the name suggests, is fully refundable if no damages occur. You'll need to select one of these options during the booking process.

Rental Agreement: We require all guests to sign our rental agreement, which outlines our property rules and expectations. This agreement helps ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Pre-Arrival Guest Screening: As part of our commitment to safety and security, we conduct additional guest screening through a trusted 3rd party company, Truvi. This process is designed to protect our property and guests.
