Beautiful, peaceful, private home in a quiet neighborhood with a hot tub (YES, available year round!), fenced yard & lovely mountain views!

Well equipped kitchen, laundry room, 2 Smart TV's, gorgeous outdoor space with huge deck & seating areas, hot tub and incredible mountain views, close to wonderful Alaskan adventures. We welcome you to enjoy our lovingly curated space as your home base in southcentral Alaska!

To ensure that our home will be suitable for your trip, we like to get these important considerations for any guests considering booking our property out of the way first:

- This home is located in a VERY quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours of 9PM-7AM are strictly enforced.
- No smoking of any type is permitted on our property, inside or outside.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to guests on the reservation, with a maximum of 8 (extra nightly fee applied for more than 6 guests, accurate guest count required).

We know that you'll feel right at home in this convenient and comfortable, quiet and private home in Eagle River, a residential suburb of Anchorage, and just a 10-15 minute drive from “the big city”.

Eagle River town offers plenty of choices for groceries, gasoline, restaurants and shopping, and the most beautiful views of the Chugach Mountains. Recreational activities are easily accessed with endless walking, hiking, biking, skiing, and sightseeing opportunities just outside your door.

Inside you’ll find a calming, cozy living area with a gas fireplace, updated kitchen, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms, including a King sized bed, Queen bed, and Two XL Twin Beds.

Settle in and get cozy! All of the bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses, quality linens and room-darkening window coverings. The living room couch has a pull-out sleeper bed for extra sleeping space if needed.

There is a very large back deck with ample seating, a propane grill, a hot tub available year-round for soaking under the stars or Northern Lights, and large, fully fenced back yard.

If you're inclined to stay in touch with the office, you'll appreciate the highest speed WiFi available in our area. Gather around the dining table for tasty local takeout or work your gourmet magic with the stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped, updated and spacious kitchen.
