Legacy House: Roomy and wheelchair accessible house near the mountains.

You will have the entire private house to yourself, including a private yard and large kitchen.This single-level home is within 20 minutes of the airport, downtown dining and nightlife, skiing, hiking, biking, climbing, and more! The home is single level with easy access for wheelchairs. The kitchen has everything you need from large frig to Wolf gas stove. The dining table easily seats 8. The neighborhood is in a safe, quiet suburban area. The laundry room is large and bright. The 3 bedrooms are large. The back yard is private with wicker seating and propane bbq. There are two full bathrooms. We have a 3 night minimum stay, but are flexible for special needs. Just installed a tankless water heater…never run out of hot water! We have a manual wheelchair to borrow or a power chair to rent

Great location with easy access to both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons, plus plenty of nearby dining and grocery options. The kitchen is well-appointed, the space is roomy, and the beds are comfortable. The large outdoor areas and beautiful views of the Wasatch Mountains.

Tracy was an excellent host! She let me check in early and check out late free of cost. The place was spacious and the host was very responsive. It was very clean and easy to get to my wedding venue (Twenty & Creek) from here!

Jody is a repeat guest that treats the house as if it’s her own. She communicates well being responsive and kind. She leaves the house clean and tidy. Having guests like her is what makes hosting a joy.

We loved our stay. The house is welcoming with a great kitchen and comfortable spacious bedrooms. Easy drives to ski bus parknrides. The house was everything we wanted for a great stay!

We were in SLC for our nieces wedding, the house was perfect, very clean, well appointed kitchen which was great as we doing cook. Great out door space with furniture and indoor seating, both kitchen and living room was very good. Accessible bathroom was great as one of our family has mobility issues. Host was attentive, easy to reach. We would recommend this house for short and long term stays.

Extended Family Ski Trip (party of 6)

We had the greatest stay at the Legacy House! Everything was perfect for our vacation / family event. My daughter, SIL, and granddaughter stayed at the house to host my dad’s 88th birthday and our 1st family get together in over 20 years. The house had every thing we needed, including an accessible back yard for my SIL. The beds were perfect, the kitchen had what we needed to prepare a turkey dinner and the bathrooms were completely operational for wheelchair navigation. We will be back! Thank you!

Clean house in great location

We enjoyed our stay here for our annual guys ski trip. The location to access both canyons was great. The house was clean and well stocked. We will definitely keep this one on our list for future trips.

Good place to stay for a few nights

It is a good place to stay if you’re looking for a quite neighborhood not too far from slc. It was easy to navigate and the house was clean with all the amenities required.

There are so few universally accessible properties to rent, and this is a great one that was essential for our stay. Great communication with the host and convenient location.

Great stay in a convenient location to ski areas

Great location and comfort with wheelchair accessibility

I brought my mother-in-law to the area to see and visit family in the area that she had not seen in years. She has significant mobility issues and was able to stay here comfortably and the great space allowed the local family to come to her. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary dishes. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house is very comfortable . We were here with here visiting our son, daughter in law and grandbaby. We had a pre- Easyer egg hunt. So nice. Everything you need is pretty much here
