Since this guest’s departure, we have replaced all the blinds with brand-new curtains along with a brand-new couch for the living room. We are also going to speak with the owner about having some place for that coffee as well, as we totally agree! Come back and see us, Tabitha, for another amazing stay, and we promise you'll have a place to rest that cup of coffee while the gulf sings its song! :)

We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. However, we would like to provide more detail. The guest messaged us a day before their arrival, and we promptly responded to their questions regarding guest access instructions. The guest expressed gratitude for our response and confirmed that they received the instructions. The instructions clearly stated that check-in time is at 4 PM, and there is an option to inquire about early check-in on the day of arrival. Upon the guest's arrival at 2:00 PM, they encountered difficulty opening the door and contacted our support number. We informed them that our door codes are time-sensitive and will only work starting from 4 PM. The guest then requested us to change the door code immediately, to which we offered the option of early check-in for an additional $75. However, the guest declined the offer stating that it was ridiculous it for just a two-hour difference and insisted that we open the door immediately. Despite the guest's rude response, we maintained professionalism and tried to assist. It is important to note that we did not receive any communication regarding the cleanliness of the property, and we would have appreciated if the guest had reached out, as our housekeeping team could have addressed any concerns.
