The beach and beachside pool are just steps away from your balcony.

TO RENT: Feel free to use instant booking to book this unit. If you have any questions first, don't hesitate to ask. Be aware that the complex charges parking fees that are in addition to the rent.

LOCATION:
On Thomas Drive, this unit sits right on the beach on the quiet end of Panama City. You are just minutes away from Pier Park via Back Beach Road buy you can avoid the traffic , noise and parking decks of Front Beach Road.

WHO MAY RENT:
Families and those seeking quiet accommodations are welcome. The Watercrest is a quiet family oriented complex. It's great for those who want to avoid the loud noise and traffic from party-type places along Front Beach Road or near the Beach-Front bars and restaurants. You must be 25 years of age to rent at The Watercrest. No exceptions. It's a non-smoking, no pets unit!

OUR UNIT:
Our 6TH FLOOR unit Watercrest unit is BEACH FRONT located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the pool as well as the wonderful gulf front, beach views. Not all Watercrest units have a pool view, ours does. It also has a DIRECT GULF FRONT unobstructed view of the beach from the kitchen, den, and two of the bedrooms.

You won't have to wait long for the elevators! Floors 1-6 have their own elevators in addition to the main elevators that service all floors. You'll love this!

This unit is 1440 sq feet! The kitchen is nicely equipped with new pots, pans, utensils, plastic ware, etc.. Our fridge has an ice maker. It also has a microwave vent hood, trash compactor, garbage disposer. We provide extra compactor bags. We provide all of the soap for the dishwasher as well.

We have installed a nice key pad entry system. You don't have to take a key to the pool or beach and never worry about getting locked out! We will provide you with a key code that is valid for your stay only.

THE BALCONY:
The balcony is very large and you can access the balcony from either of the two gulf front master bedrooms or the den. We have a table with 6 sling back chairs as well as two lounge chairs. You won't have trouble opening the glass doors. They will open with one finger!

AMENITIES:
Free high speed internet is provided.

Each bedroom has their own bath.

We provide all bed linens for beds. We also feature a sleeper sofa. If you choose to use the sleeper, bring your own linens.

We have a good selection of board and card games and DVD's.

You'll enjoy the many amenities that Watercrest has to offer. The Watercrest has a tennis court, a shuffle ball court and, indoor racquetball court. We have a large pool, a kiddy pool, a huge hot tub, menā€™s and women's fitness room with a dry sauna.

Beach chair service is available, for a fee, from the service provider.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

PLEASE - NO SPRING BREAKERS - NO COLLEGE GROUPS. THIS IS A FAMILY COMPLEX!

This place was absolutely amazing! The communication with the renter was fantastic and was always willing to help with any questions I had. The condo was clean, spacious, and very inviting! This was my first time in Florida and this place made the stay even better. My family and I loved every minute!

What you see is what you get!

Very nice condo! We had 9 people total and it was fine for us. It was nice that 2 bedrooms had the ocean view. The kitchen was a bit on the small side, but it suited it's purpose and had all the cooking utensils needed. The condo is located on the quieter side of PCB and getting around took some time, but it was worth it. Our hostess, Wanda, was great and communication was always quick and helpful. We had a great time and enjoyed this condo very much!

Perfect getaway

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for us. Check-in was easy. We originally planned for 8, but ended up with our family of 4, with 2 being young adults. Mornings were coffee on the balcony watching the waves and pelicans drifting in the water. Pool and beach the rest of the day. 3 bathrooms made it a breeze for us to get ready quickly. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Owners were quick to answer, and offer help with any concerns.Would definitely book again with these owners when in Panama City Beach!

We love this condo!

Excellent Location. Everything was just as advertised. Suggestions from hostess were spot-on and helped to assure we had everything to make our vacation wonderful and care-free. Hostess Very promptly answered and resolved the one tiny entry issue upon arrival. Plan another stay next year!

Condo is beautiful with a great view

Been staying at the Watercrest for years. This condo is one of the nicest. The decor is great and they supply many extras like beach towels and beach chair rental. The mattresses could be better and need to be replaced soon. The renovation at the Watercrest is complete and the new floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms is wonderful! I would stay here again.

Relaxing

This property overall was great condo and location. It could use some updates on the living room furniture and the TVā€™s in the bedrooms. With different couples retiring to their rooms early and would like to watch TV, it is difficult to watch on a very small tv. The owner was awesome, with the easy checkin and any questions I needed answered. All in all a great vacation!

Great Place!

Great location, great views and great condo! We were here for the USFA World Series for Softball so location was great. Loved that there was no parking garage actually, made it pretty simple. Elevators were never a problem although the elevator for floors 1-6 didnā€™t work while we were there but it was ok. I love this condo and I would def stay here again! My only small complaint was none of us liked the trash compactor but thatā€™s personal preference, we just didnā€™t like opening and closing the door every time! Beds were comfy, plenty of seating, lots of room. Great place!!

September 29 through October 6, 2019

The location was our favorite area. The suites were large and very comfortable, with a million dollar view. The complex was great, and beach access was a few steps. Everything well maintained, and the fitness room was a real bonus. I used it several times, and it is well equipped, and up-to-date. The condo itself was huge, comfortable, and suited everyone. With TVā€™s in every room, we could split and watch whatever we wanted. Will try to book this one again.

Another great stay at this condo!

This is at least the 6th time we have stayed at this condo and in this unit. The unit is spacious and so is the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. We also grill on the outside charcoal grills that are on the floor level. The location is great. Close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. If we have to email or text the condo owner they respond promptly. We plan to stay at this unit again next year.

Fall Break

This is a wonderful condo. Excellent location in quiet portion of beach. Not a busy beach so plenty of shells to find! Close to gorgeous St. Andrew State Park where we did my daughterā€™s senior pics! Felt very safe in the condo area and neighborhood area. Security visible at all times. No big parking garages to hassle with! Elevators never bogged down and always very short wait! Great restaurants in the area! Excellent communication with owner! Would rent again!!

Moms and kids getaway

ABSOLUTELY loved this place the moment we stepped in. THE VIEWS!!!!!! We had a great spring break mom and kids getaway. We had everything we needed. Lots of beds, great kitchen with new appliances. SUPER CLEAN. Pool was fantastic. We had 1 little incident the morning after we arrived and our Host came over immediately to fix it. I have so many great things to say and no complaints. Really appreciated the binder with all the helpful tips. I would love to stay here again. Such a nice place, felt like paradise. Thank you!!!
