A Wonderful Stay

This property was very clean and well appointed. It was easy to connect with the property managers and they were very friendly. The location is easy to Cambridge on the 77, with a bus stop just a half block away. Very convenient overall!

Family vacation

We were a family of 5 with age ranges from 17 -81 yrs and had a fabulous week staying here. The hosts, Oscar and Gina, were very responsive to all our queries and made it effortless. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was great; a few minutes walk from delis, other shops, cafes and Dunkin's, which the teens were delighted with. Good access to the no. 77 bus route too! Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay in Arlington. It was great being so close to Mass Ave and all the restaurants and stores that I could easily walk to. Since I was there in the wintertime, I really appreciated having a garage to park my car in so I didn't have to deal with ice and snow. The living spaces in the apartment were really nice and I loved all the natural light that came pouring in the windows. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and cozy. The hosts were wonderful to work with and very responsive. I would definitely stay there again if I was traveling to the area.

Great spot!

My family and I had a great stay here! Super close to Trader Joe’s and a few restaurants in the downtown area. Quick commute to Boston. The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very clean and the well stocked kitchen was great. Gina & Oscar were very attentive and easy to contact! We would stay here again, given the opportunity 😊

Great location, great hosts

The property was great, hosts were extremely responsive. Right by a stop for the 77 bus which runs all the way to Harvard, so easy to get in and around if you don't want to use a car as much or get to the red line (subway). We did get CharlieTickets from MBTA for a week and used bus/subway/commuter rail during the trip quite a bit. Parking, if you go into Boston, is quite pricey. Would stay here again!

Amazing apartment in Arlington

I only have great things to say about this beautiful second-floor apartment in Arlington. It looks even better in person than in the photos. My three week stay was seamless. Oscar and Gina are terrific hosts. You won’t want to miss the opportunity to stay here.

Lovely 2nd floor unit in great part of town accessible to Boston/Cambridge

We had a great time returning to Arlington. The 2nd floor unit is steps from businesses and restaurants in Arlington Heights and 500 feet from a Dunkin. The host who lives onsite was extremely responsive and even came up to fix an issue with the air conditioner one evening. It’s a great landing pad in between sightseeing and catching up with friends.

Wonderful Stay!

This is a perfect spot if you would like to stay just out of Boston. 20 minute drive in if you're taking your own vehicle. This was a safe and nice neighborhood. Cozy, extremely clean, and perfect size for our family of 5. (4 adults and a teenager) We had everything we needed- quick grocery trip to Trader Joe's, Starbuck's, Walgreens (2 min drive). Hosts are great about checking in on you to make sure all is well- although we never needed help with anything because everything worked perfectly just like the directions said. We loved our stay!

Comfortable in Arlington

We were in Arlington visiting family and friends in June. We stayed for a week. We highly recommend this apartment. Gina and Oscar have created a very comfortable place for visitors. The apartment is very spacious, bright, very clean, and welcoming. It was easy to feel at home and relaxed. The neighborhood is very quiet and great location. Gina is very sweet and helpful. We would stay again if available when we are in Arlington area again. Thank you, Gina and Oscar

6/10 - Razoável

Pontos positivos: Limpeza, check-in, comunicação e localização
Great location and clean. Otherwise just okay. The interior is as pictured-clean and updated for a property of that era, but the infrastructure was lacking-uncomfortable and creaky king-sized bed, very marginal kitchen utensils, no coffee/tea provided, no dishwasher detergent provided, one dish towel, flat and small bed pillows, 2 flimsy wash cloths, one hand towel. The owners were responsive and did provide two king-sized pillows and cases, additional dish towels, hand towels and wash cloths when we complained which we appreciated but all of which were fresh from the store so required laundering before use which was not how we intended to spend time while on vacation. In addition, this is a 2nd flr unit in a three family house and the upstairs tenant was noisy starting at 7am, even on a Saturday so if you want to sleep in a little while on vacation this not the best choice.
