Our 3 story town home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps 8 in beds. Please see the bedroom descriptions for the type of beds. Key features include an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, TVs in every bedroom, linens, bath towels, beach tags, gas grill, and free wireless internet that provides everything you will need for a quiet and enjoyable family vacation.

The first floor bedroom contains a king bed. A full bathroom with a combination shower/tub is adjacent to the bedroom. A washer and dryer in located in a utility room just as you enter the house.

The second floor is the main living area with good sunset views from the front deck. It is equipped with a fabulous fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous cabinets, granite counter tops and a kitchen table that seats 6. The kitchen countertop island seats an additional 3. The family room contains a sleeper sofa if needed, another couch and a recliner chair. A 50' TV is mounted to the wall and has Direct TV.

The third floor contains 2 bedroom/bathroom suites for privacy and comfort. Each bedroom contains a 40" TV. The rear bedroom contains a queen bed and an adjacent full bath with tiled shower. The front master bedroom contains a king bed, a twin bed and a futon along with a master bath.
