Wonderful setting for your family on a Lake that spans 10.5 miles of beautiful shoreline. A smaller lake than it's neighbor (Winnipesaukee), but very family friendly and much less boat traffic. This 4 bedroom, 2 and a half bath on Lake Winnisquam is the perfect place for you to enjoy the lake with family and friends!

The large deck on the back porch gives you a front-row view to breathtaking sunrises over Lake Winnisquam and majestic mountain skyline. Swim and fish right from the dock or work on your tan. With a large open floor plan on the main level, everyone will feel included in the conversation. From the Dining area, there is a door to access the half bath, laundry, and a door to the garage. If you need it, there is an extra, full sized fridge in the garage! Great place for all of your favorite beverages, for sure! Open the sliders to the expansive deck that is a stones toss from the waters edge. Want to sit and enjoy a book or board games? You can do that as there is a sitting room right off the kitchen that brings you to a slider door to go into the sunroom, enjoy a meal, here, or just the views of the lake.

There is a dock for your boat, but please note that it is shallow and you will need a motor that will tilt up for docking!

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1, on the lakeside of the house, has a King Bed and an ensuite bathroom with step in shower. Bedroom 2 has a King bed and is lakeside with windows that look out to the lake. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and Bedroom 4 has a Full sized bed and a bunk bed (twin over twin). The second bath is a full bath that is shared by all. Sleeps 10 in beds!

This is a pet friendly home for dogs under 20 lbs. with prior owner approval. Please let us know, when you book, if you have a pup that you want to bring, and we will gather some information from you as well as pictures and present to the owner. There is a pet fee.

Please note: Sheets and towels ARE included in this rental. You just need to bring your own beach towels.
