Is there air conditioning? To capture the true coastal experience, we rely on the ocean breeze. While there is no central AC, the home is equipped with ceiling fans and portable fans to keep you cool. For cooler winter nights, we provide wall-mounted and portable space heaters.
What beach gear is provided? We want you to enjoy the sun! We provide boogie boards and various beach gear for guest use.
Is there parking available? Yes, there is a private 1-car detached garage. Please note it is sized for a small/compact car only.
What is the smoking policy? This is a strictly non-smoking property. This includes the interior of the condo as well as the outdoor patio.
