Perched above Hamilton Cove Bay, the space opens up to wide ocean views that change character throughout the day, from bright morning glare across the water to the quiet drift of boats at dusk. The space
A private entrance leads you into this one-bedroom villa, which accommodates up to four guests across an open living, dining, and kitchen layout. Reached 87 steps above street level, the interior is calm and well-proportioned, with ocean views present from multiple vantage points. Whether you're cooking, reading, or doing nothing in particular, the bay is always somewhere in frame.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is furnished with a king Ritz Carlton mattress. The living area includes a queen Restoration Hardware sofa sleeper, giving the villa two beds for up to four guests. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped for proper home cooking - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher are all in place, along with cooking basics, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet. Wine glasses are on hand for easy evenings in, and a dining table sits where meals and morning coffee both benefit from the view.

Outdoor living
A shared patio or balcony extends the living space outside with fresh air and open water views as the backdrop. A BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are available for outdoor cooking. Beach access is nearby, and beach essentials - beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided for time on the water. Guests also have access to a pool and hot tub.
