Come relax in this beautiful Cape Coral home. This property sleeps 13 people in beds. It is an ideal set up for 3 to 4 couples or for two families with kids seeking a tropical getaway. Open up the back slider to a large heated pool that boasts a patio area with seating for everyone. Enjoy playing bags in the large private back yard. Flip on the party lights at night to light up the pool and back yard if you need to keep those games going into the evening! Big screen TV, fire table, chase loungers, weber grille, you don't need to leave the house....beaches are close by, Sanibel, Captiva, Ft. Myers. Hope to see you soon!

Our family had a great time! We greatly enjoyed the swimming pool and our time on the patio watching movies together. The fire table also added a special touch during our evening gatherings. Our host was very responsive to our questions and needs. We especially appreciated the beach supplies such as beach chairs, cooler containers and an abundance of towels.

GREAT location! Easy access to beaches, downtown Ft Myers, etc. with local amenities minutes away. Check in-out was a breeze and the fully equipped kitchen was awesome!

Only downside was dishwasher wasn’t working , but other than that it was a lovely stay we definitely enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool would book again :)

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s in a great location and is in close to proximity to shopping malls, grocery stores, and beaches. The house was extremely clean and spacious. The outdoor pool and sitting area was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Great trip

The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool and watching the college football playoff game on the outside tv next to the fire table. We had everything we needed at our disposal in the house. Patrick was a wonderful host!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay, we had 11 people and there was plenty of room. Pool was always clean and the neighborhood is nice. We were close to everything and owner was very responsive any time we had questions.

Unfortunately we had a bumpy start and couldn’t check in for the first 4 hrs because the cleaners didn’t show up and we couldn’t swim while we were waiting bc the pool was 105. At first the owner was not very accommodating and wasn’t very understanding of the frustration we felt after being on the road for 2 full days and not being able to check in. But soon after we got off the phone he messaged us and offered another property to us while we waited. We were so thankful to have a place to relax and swim for the evening. The communication with Patrick after that initial conversation was great and very prompt. He answered our questions quickly and kept us updated on the pool issue (which he had fixed right away). We ended up having a wonderful stay and both houses that we were in were beautiful. All of the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. There were beach towels and bath towels. It was easy to get to the grocery and a very nice park and the beach was an easy drive (although we ended up going further than Fort Myers bc they are still rebuilding 😢).

Great experience!

We had a great little family getaway here. The house is clean, inviting, and has everything you need to enjoy yourself. We spent a lot of our time out back using the pool and patio area which we loved! Owner was very responsive and helpful. I would suggest this home to friends and family traveling to Cape Coral. No complaints!

Vacation

It was a beautiful home ❤️ such a lovely stay, the owner was very nice and respectful! Check in was very simple. Inly complaint was that sometimes the pool exceeded the heat but i am assuming just because of how hot it was outside. But all in all it was amazing! We all loved every minute and cannot wait for next year! 😊

Absolutely Perfect!

The property was better than we could have hoped for. There was literally anything and everything there you could have needed all the way to beach chairs and umbrella. The outdoor area was amazing and will make you not want to even go anywhere. Now to the most important part! The host was flat out awesome. He sent me his cell and anything and everything we need or asked he was quick to answer and help. Wasn't really anything we needed but he was very helpful with recommendations and quick to answer questions even if it didn't pertain to the property. We are planning another summer trip with the same host!

6 Weeks in Cape Coral

The owner, Patrick went out of his way to accommodate us and solve any issues we had. The house was extremely clean. The longer we stayed the more we enjoyed the house.

Great place for our family

The house had everything we needed. The pool and lanai was awesome. Washer and dryer was great. Had a great stay. We would definitely come back.
