The Home has glass furniture tables, glass floor vases and other sharp edge furnishings and the pool's safety fence is not installed as required for kids therefore no Guests' under 18 are permitted.

There are three (3) Bedrooms for sleeping with a fourth room designated as a gym and office (Gym/office can not be used as a sleeping area).
