Welcome to Cape Coral Florida; while you're here why not enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 Office/Workout room with 2 baths, Heated Pool and Outdoor Kitchen area home built in November 2017; the Home is constantly being updated with new furnishings and luxury amenities.

The Home has glass furniture tables, glass floor vases and other sharp edge furnishings and the pool's safety fence is not installed as required for kids therefore no Guests' under 18 are permitted.

The Home features a spacious open concept with plenty of living area. With an Outside Screened in Heated Pool and separate outdoor fire pit and kitchen. There are three (3) Bedrooms for sleeping with a fourth room designated as a gym and office (Gym/office can not be used as a sleeping area). The Home includes the following luxury and comfort amenities:

*** OUTDDOOR LIVING AREAS:

* Privacy Fencing covering the entire back yard.
* Outdoor Firepit and with separate sitting area.
* Outdoor Kitchen and Grill with covered Pergola (Some restrictions Apply).
* Heated Screened in Pool.
* Screened in Lanai area with 40'" Smart TV and outside seating.
* Full Lounge Chairs (2) for relaxing and sun bathing.

*** INSIDE THE HOME:

* Complimentary 150/150 Wi-Fi throughout and extenders for best coverage.
* Complimentary Beach Equipment (Chairs, Umbrella and cooler).
* Complimentary Netflix in each room AND OUTSIDE pool area.
* All Smart TV's throughout the Home.
* Dinning Room Island with Bar Stools.
* 55' 4K Ultra Hi Def wall mounted TV with Roku Surround Speakers (Living room).

*** BEDROOMS:

* All bedroom beds have MyPilow Premium Pillows.
* All bedrooms have phone USB charging plugs and 40" Smart Tv's with Netflix.
* All Guests' Bedroom have Queen Mattress with fabric Bed bug repellent covers.
* All Guests' Bedroom have Pillow Top Mattresses and Smart Wi-Fi TV's.
* Master Bedroom has a King Bed with adjustable base and Smart TV with Netflix.

Awesome vacation

Taylor was a great host and the place is simply awesome. He was very responsive. The place was clean and beautiful. My wife and I will definitely stay again. We loved the area so much we are thinking of purchasing a neighboring lot to build our own home.

Great house for a week away

House was very clean and newer house just like the pictures. We loved the outdoor area and pool. Location is good as well. Will return when we are back in the area. Owners communications was very fast and appreciated that.

Quiet neighborhood stay in Cape Coral

The property was like new with a modern design (including pool). Very clean! Easy access over the bridge into Fort Meyers.

Great spring break

We typically go to Disney when we go to Florida. We were looking for something else to that was relaxing. The entire family enjoyed the house. It’s a quiet neighborhood not that far from the beach and most importantly Starbucks. :). The pool was perfect. My husband talked about renting it again before we even left.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay .This house has many amenities,everything you could possibly need and more.It is close to shopping,restaurants,beaches and Ft Myers and Punta Gorda airports.The owner is available should a question come up.We’ve stayed at VRBO/Homeaway homes before but this is hands down the best property we’ve rented.We hope to stay again . Top notch

We stayed in this house for 5 weeks in January and February and it was outstanding! The house felt like a home away from home for us. It has everything you need and it's supplied with top quality amenities. Taylor responded to every question we had and he was fast with a response. The pool had included heat and it was a perfect temperature from day one. Don't hesitate to rent this house, it is perfect!

Winter get away

House was just as nice as the first time we rented it.Taylor is great host,he’s made beautiful additions to the property with the outdoor kitchen with sitting area and fire pit.This is the fourth time we’ve rented here but have not been back since we left in 2000 at the start of Covid.It was so nice to get back and relax and enjoy the pool. Very clean with tons of extra's

My wife and I needed a place to stay for a week or two while we visited a friend in nearby Fort Myers. This house was immaculate and clean, the owners really put a lot of thought into making sure the guests were comfortable. I really enjoyed the extra little amenities like bottles of water, body soap and nice towels. I've stayed in rentals before and usually we have to go the store for stuff that should be included but not this house it was all there and more. Taylor even allowed us to stay 4 hours past the checkout time due to our late 5:30 pm flight, it was great not having to checkout then hang around the city or airport with all our luggage. Thumbs up to a great rental and experience!!

A first for us in Cape Coral

If you are looking for a clean and welcoming home, this one is it. Since we had never been to this area of Florida we decided to check it out. Very quiet neighborhood. Having lots of kitchen necessities was very helpful. Plastic wrap, trash bags, coffee, spices, ziplocs, paper towels, dish soap along with toilet paper and bottled water. This house was a distance, when considering the traffic, to the beaches. Now that I am a little more familiar with the area, I would choose something closer to beaches and more restaurants. Nothing was wrong with the house though. It was perfect.

Beautiful home

Everything was new and spotless. The amenities were great! We have traveled to Florida before and stayed at hotels. When we did, we had to buy beach chairs etc, and then donate them to a thrift store at the end of the week, The house came with beach equipment, bikes and even a excericise room! It was so great.

Escape from Minnesota winter!

This house was absolutely beautiful and the owner was very easy to communicate with answering questions quickly! This house will not disappoint anyone and situated in a quiet neighborhood with many restaurants and activities close by! We will definitely be returning for another visit!

Florida Vacation

As so many others did, we had to cancel our vacation plans in 2020. Having a senior in high school and a sophomore in college, we thought our family spring break vacation days were over. Fortunately, due to virtual learning we were able to schedule an extended vacation and were able to have everyone together again. Taylor was very kind and responsive to all of our questions prior and during our stay. The location of the house is perfect to explore Cape Coral, Fort Myers and surrounding areas. A very short drive to shopping, restaurants, beaches if you desire, but also a very quiet neighborhood if you just want to hang out by the pool and relax. Great accommodations, kitchen was great to prepare our own meals and have family dinners at home too. Outdoor Lanai with TV made for an awesome place to relax at night with a glass of wine. The house was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. This was our first time renting on VRBO so of course were a little skeptical. This place along with Taylor's communication, and extra's this property provides, made our experience a very good one and probably hard to top. We will definitely return when we are back in the area.

Everything you could want in a vacation rental

I can't say enough about how wonderful this property is. Taylor really goes out of his way to make sure everything you could possibly want is provided. All of the kitchen cookware, linens, towels, etc are all excellent quality. The house is very clean, practically brand new, and everything is top notch. I have rented a lot of vacation properties, and this is by far the nicest house we have ever rented. Taylor was excellent to communicate with , both before and during our stay. If we ever find ourselves in this part of FL again we would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Enjoyed immensely.....super clean and modern...pool took a couple days to heat up....Taylor was super responsive to our needs...beds super comfy.....rum runners down the street about a mile was excellent....only drawback is no grill.....would rent again in a heartbeat

Winter get away

This is the second year that we have stayed a month at this property.We have nothing but accolades for this vacation home.It is impeccably clean,comfortable,the kitchen has all that we needed and the convenience of a washer and dryer.The master bedroom and bath are spacious.We really enjoyed the heated pool...almost everyday.The owner has added some nice lounge chairs to relax and read by the pool.So thanks Taylor for sharing your home with us and the new chairs.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.All our best Frank and Paula

Hi, thank you for looking at my Vacation Home Rental. I was your average guy looking to stay at nice vacation rental but after years of good and bad vacation rental experiences I decided to buy a vacation home I said if I did ever own and rented out one, that it would be the best or at least a cut above the rest. So that's my goal!

After years of experience as renters, I thought "maybe I can offer a nicer rental experience" and then retire down to Florida in a few years. So this home to me is MORE than simply a rental, it's my future HOME and hopefully it'll be your home away from home also.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Well, first of all this home is NEW, built less than 6 months ago and stocked full with all NEW furnishings and comfort features. As a man, I wanted the men to feel like they were home so it's packed with Smart BIG and medium TV's and of course a Gaming Console. For the people who like to cook , I designed the kitchen and dinning area with functional appliances and top of the line cooking utensils. Comfort, Luxury and Technology. I hope you enjoy the home.
