We offer a unique beachfront, family oriented vacation experience (NO Spring Breakers). The only community in Fort Morgan with great beachfront and a fishing pier on Mobile Bay.

Location Specifics:
The Dolphin East is nestled within the quiet Bay to Breakers community, located in Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, 18 miles from Hwy 59 on Rt. 180. Bay to Breakers is a low density development and an easy walk to Ft. Morgan State Park.

A community boardwalk connects the 4 beachfront duplex homes, and then runs out to the beach at the middle. So an easy 100 ft walk to the right, and then another 100 ft south down to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Since 2020 Bay to Breakers has spent $400k to make our community a highly rated secret in the Gulf Shores area. Improvements include infrastructure like a newly paved road, storm drainage, 2 pools and a super nice fishing pier.

Activities:: Great Fishing (Bay or Surf) Water sports, Nature trails with bird watching, sea turtles and the famous beach mouse. Biking, Close to several plush Golf courses.
Near local restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Sleeping Accommodations:: Sleeps 14 with 5 bedrooms + Kid’s “Hang-Out” room (3 King, 2 Full, 1 Full/Twin bunk, & 1 Twin.

First Floor - King size bedroom with comfortable linens, Direct TV & DVD. A full size bath services both the king and an additional bedroom with a Full bed over Full bunk and TV/DVD no Direct TV.

Second Floor – The Master Bedroom on the second floor has a Direct TV & DVD, master bathroom and private deck and large fish style Adirondack chairs.
Additional bedrooms include one room with 2 Full Beds + DirectTV and a second bedroom with 1 king (no TV). Additional sleeping arrangements include twin size day bed found in the “Hang-Out” room with large TV for movies & Xbox games, curtain for privacy.
