If you would like to change the scenery a little bit, there are miles and miles of lush and beautiful trails throughout the beautiful marshlands. Hills are nowhere to be seen for miles, making these trails great for people of all ages. You can also take a bike to access the beach, just over a mile away. Delaware Seashore State Park and Coin Beach are both less than five miles from the home, and you'll have windsurfing, golf, mini golf, and nature trails all close by, so you'll never run out of fun things to do during your stay.

This family-friendly home is all about outdoor living as well, with a 30-foot private unheated outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day to September 30th) that is ideal for cooling off after a long day on the beach. The enclosed backyard, where the pool is located, also boasts an outdoor dining area to dine alfresco, poolside beach loungers, and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. Play a game of basketball in the driveway, where there’s a hoop. Or you can lounge on the back screened-in porch, which overlooks Fresh Pond and Joshua Cove. There is no better spot to enjoy a refreshing beverage than this!

The main living space offers a sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Watch your favorite show or movie on the 65-inch HD smart TV (streaming available with your own accounts) with engulfing surround sound in the living room. Or enjoy a more quiet evening reading any of the books provided. There is a convenient mini-fridge in the living room, in case you would like to keep your goodies within reach. The open kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, providing the chef of the group with everything they could need to whip up memorable meals for the crew. THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
