Alex and party were such perfect guests - he communicated clearly, they were extremely respectful of our place, left it clean as a whistle, and were genuinely appreciative of what our place offered - they were a dream to host. I would not hesitate to have them stay again at any time. They are the kind of guests that we do this for! Thank you, Alex!

Next time be aware that you can adjust the position of the blinds in the master bedroom to avoid any light coming in at night, if that was your concern. Glad to hear everything was perfect. Unfortunately, we had no alternative but to seek approval from VRBO to cancel this reservation. This person booked this stay to extend his family member's booking which was in the week immedidately prior to this reservation, wherein the family member violated VRBO policy by misleading us about who was staying in our unit, broke our house rules in several ways causing damage and requiring extensive cleaning, for which extra fees did not even cover. Once we understood the extent of the damage and cleaning required, we could not risk further issues with this group, and had to refund their booking.
