Great Location 4 minutes from Patoka Lake Entrance with Hot Tub!

Check Out This Neat & Cozy Cabin with a Private Hot Tub near the entrance of Patoka Lake. This cabin has 1 bedroom downstairs with a full bed and a loft bedroom upstairs with a Queen sized bed. The kitchen is supplied with basic cookware, coffee maker, and Keurig. The new TV has streaming availability (no cable) but has access to all of the services that you use. The wifi is pretty strong here as we have a booster in the cabin. Cell service is limited in different parts of the cabin, but there is service at the property.

On the covered front porch we have 2 rocking chairs and a gas grill perfect for cooking after a day at the lake. The private hot tub is located on the back deck of the cabin which also has a table, chairs and a firepit to enjoy.

The cabin has a spacious sunroom which is a perfect spot to read a book or play games.

The cabin sleeps 4 in the beds, and could sleep 5 if a child slept on the love seat. (Please note it is not a full sized sofa)

Location is everything with this cabin! Located only a couple of minutes from the Patoka Lake Entrance, Patoka Lake Winery, and 20 minutes south of French Lick you will find plenty to do around the area.

Access to the cabin is via electronic code and we will send you the code and all check in instructions 5 days before check in via email. If you don't see the email please check your spam folder.

Please note: No pets allowed at this cabin due to allergies. Also note this is not a motel or hotel, it is a home and we have put a lot of work into preparing the cabin to be just right for our guests. Please take care of the property while here and treat it as you would your own. Basic towels, linens, toiletries, etc are provided at the cabin.

Due to the remote lake location cell service is spotty around the cabin. No refunds will be given due to wifi or cell phone availability.
Absolutely NO SMOKING or Illegal Drugs at the cabin and are cause for immediate cancellation.
