Hello and welcome to The Marco Dream in Marco Island, Florida. Offered is my beautiful 4bed 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood with everything you'd need to enjoy your time in Florida.

Master includes a new King mattress with a 55inch Smart TV
1st Guest room includes a new king Mattress with 50inch Smart TV
2nd Guest room includes two single twins with 50inch Smart TV
3rd Guest room Includes a sleeper sofa that converts to a full sized bed

Giant heated pool with plenty of outdoor space to entertain.

The kitchen and laundry are fully stocked up ready to make your stay comfortable and easy as if you were staying at your own house.

Great location, super clean and well equipped. Clint goes above and beyond! Excellent communication & response time. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Plus, we had dolphins in the back yard!!

Wonderful home!

Great home and location to spend time on Marco Island! The house was very clean and the owner very responsive to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay here!!

The house and location were great. We were there with two kids so having them in separate rooms was great. Also, I had to work some so the office was a nice bonus.The house was as pictured and everything was clean when we arrived. The beach was an easy walk and so were several nice restaurants. Clint was informative and responsive - overall great stay!

Marco Island Vacation

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful location! Loved the house and spent a lot of time on the Lanai with the pool. Perfect set up and all the amenities we needed. The owner was very responsive to the few questions I had during our stay.

Great time on Marco

The house was great and really well equipped. Pool was lovely and was an easy walk to get to the beach. They also allow a dog which was great for our pup Luna. Clint was super responsive with any questions we had. Would recommend this place for sure.

Marco Island House Review

This house was amazing for our family, the location, 3 blocks from access to the beach, there’s multiple restaurants within walking or close access to driving. We had a great experiences with our contact with the owner, very responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed, he went above and beyond. The pool area was magnificent, we spent a lot time in the covered patio. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Marco Island.

Great stay in Marco

Clint was easy to work with and very accessible whenever we needed him. We stayed for 3 weeks and hope to return in the future. This is a good location for restaurants, beach and baseball games! The house has been remodeled with a lot of updates. We had everything we needed. The pool is very nice.

Beautiful and comfortable house

We had an excellent stay in this gorgeous house, conveniently located few blocks from the beach and closer to restaurants. We enjoyed a lot the terrace and the pool with view to the canal. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Bedrooms with mattresses very comfortable and large TV on each one. Definitely will recommend this house to friends.

Marco Fun in the Sun

The house was great for our group of 5. Everything we needed was in walking distance including the beach, hops, restaurants, spa and art shows! Very clean and well stocked home. The outdoor area was so relaxing with plenty of space, TV, lounge chairs, pool toys and the pool was heated perfectly. Great communication with the property manager. We will stay again when back in Marco Island.

Marco summer visit

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The location was a huge plus as it is within walking distance to the public beach entrance at Winterberry, ice cream shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. It's located on a very quiet street so very peaceful. The view from the back lanai was beautiful. The interior decor was very nice and updated. The Turtlebox remote music player was very useful, especially out at the pool. Overall, a great week with our family at a very nice home on Marco Island.

5 Nights In Marco

Clint’s house is great. Nicely decorated and well supplied. It was super clean and a very convenient, short walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Clint was very responsive answering any questions that came up during our stay. When we were having an issue heating up the pool he offered to come out the next day, but we were able to get the heat going, with his help by phone. I definitely recommend this rental!

Great week in Marco

Clint's home is in a perfect location and our 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) had a great stay. Clint is very responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. The pool is large size and warm enough for swimming at night even with chilly temps. Only things to note before staying are there are no basic supplies (had to buy salt, oil, etc) and the bedroom with the pullout is open to the kitchen, so you wouldn't want to put a light sleeper in there. Overall we loved the place and would definitely rent here again.

Hey Jen! Thank you for the review I appreciate it a ton. I’m going to send your some funds back for the inconvenience of the oil, salt and pepper. That’s typically all usually present as well as other basic seasonings so I don’t want you having to buy that as we must’ve ran out. Thanks again Clint

My family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was bright, clean and comfortable for my family of 5. The open floor plan and the layout of 1 level provided us the opportunity to spend quality family time together. The back wall was all windows and sliding doors so we were always able to see the screened in pool area overlooking the water even when we were cooking. Clint was responsive to all my texts whenever I had a question which I appreciated. I gave a 4 in the accuracy of the online listing topic because I don’t think the house can sleep 8 adults comfortably since the futon in the study was too small for 2 adults so that might be confusing for people when booking. I hope to return in the future.

Fantastic!!

I can't say enough about what a fantastic time we had in Marco Island, staying in a most conformable home for all 7 of us. The beds were super comfortable, there was a spot for each and everyone of us. The entire home was spacious, waking to a view of the sunrise, canal, and pool each day! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool area, morning coffee, swimming, hanging, grilling, evening cocktails, and the outdoor TV to enjoy, rather than being inside. We took our short walk daily to the beach and restaurants, all just 7 minutes away. While we have stayed in many VRBO homes before, the real gem here was the owner Clint! He made sure we were as comfortable as we could be, he tended to us like family. After our 2 week stay, we feel like we have known him for years. Thank you Clint for opening your home to us and giving us the chance to make family memories that are too few and far between. We had a wonderful stay and will be forever grateful.

Wonderful stay in Marco Island

My family and I just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay in Marco Island, sunny and mid 80's the entire time with no rain! The house is lovely. There is a very nice heated pool. The outdoor area is equipped with a television and firepit. We woke up early each day and watched the sunrise each morning right from our comfy chairs. I had brought my bose speaker but realized that I didn't need it as Clint had supplied his own speaker system which I hooked up to my spotify daily(nice touch). The house was very clean, little bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner etc, were in both bathrooms. We rented bikes and rode them daily. Marco Island is a beautiful area and the neighborhood is very pleasant for walking and riding. The house is very close to the beach and a shopping center with a great variety of restaurants. I found communicating with Clint easy and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend this house.
