Relax with friends and family in this comfortable home.
You will love this fabulous spacious (1650 sq. ft.) vacation home from the moment you enter.
Starting from the large outdoor patio with comfortable lounges and gas barbeque you will face a beautiful view of the golf course, mountains and golf water lakes. You will enjoy coffee and the morning sun then evening cocktails on the patio watching everything that happens on the golf course.
The living room and dining room are furnished with comfortable sofas, chairs, table and bench, TV with DVR and high speed internet and a telephone that you can call anywhere in North America, There is also a bar area to facilitate all the entertainment you want. We have had many family and friends birthday parties in this area.
The kitchen has been fully equipped to entertain and prepare your favorite meals.
The den has a TV and DVR, and an area for computer and internet. A queen size pull out sofa bed sleeps 2 people very comfortably with lots of privacy.
The large master bedroom has a California king sized bed, TV, abundance of closet space, a private outdoor patio, and a master bathroom with double sinks, lots of closets, and a great shower.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be moved together or kept apart, TV, closet and an adjoining bathroom with shower.
A washer and dryer and lots of extra linens and towels are provided for longer term stays.
The swimming pool and hot tub are 1 minute walk from the home. If you desire a larger Olympic size pool you may be able to attend (depending on time of year) the Palm Valley Clubhouse where you can also find a wonderful spa, workout room, and great restaurant.
This area is one of the nicest and safest areas anywhere in North America.

We live in Vancouver, Canada. Vancouver is beautiful due to where it is on the Coast, by the mountains, very little snow in the winter and very nice summers. We also love Palm Desert as it is our place to enjoy warm weather year round and escape the rain in Vancouver. We enjoy the golf, shopping, easy travel to anywhere in California, Nevada or Arizona, wonderful facilities at Palm Valley Country Club, and fabulous restaurants in the area. We love it here and we know you will as well

Before purchasing in Palm Valley Country Club we looked at over 100 homes in the area. We chose this home because of the surroundings, including beautiful gardens and golf clubs, the architecture of the home and style of this model home, the security of being in a gated community, and the close proximity to other communities, restaurants, etc.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
The unique benefits are: Relaxing on the patios enjoying the quietness of the area, and having the space to entertain family and friends when desired. We enjoy watching the golfers on the 4th tee. We bought the home several years ago, empty of furniture, so had the opportunity to decorate in a casual, colourful style to compliment the area. We enjoy entertaining and being in the home and have chosen to stock the kitchen and home with everything our guests may need to enjoy same.
