This house is set up with grab bars in the master bathroom, shower, by the toilet plus a bench in the shower for the elderly or handicapped.

For you golfers, there are two sets of golf clubs, one set is for a man and one set is for a woman. This might save you from lugging clubs through the airports.

This condo is located near numerous shops and restaurants and within 15 minutes of The Indian Wells Tennis Center. It is also close to The Coachella Festival grounds.
